I uninstalled the app before the billing date yet it still billed it's self. Please explain this for me

Let me clarify that the subscription was active from the moment you chose the plan until the end of your billing cycle. And it was charged only 1 time during the cycle on the Shopify billing date. I absolutely love the customer support for this app. Ciara is my assistant usually (probably not ciara at all but gotta love them). They are so patient and will sit there with you to trouble shoot even the most minute detail of the app. Hands down one of the best dropshipping customer service experiences

Recently I started using Ali orders. They are very helpful. For example one of the helpful staff member is Lily. Everything I ask, I get an immediate answer. They are all ready to help immediately. Hopefully I will stay satisfied. Thanks for your help.

I recently used Ali Orders for dropshipping and was very impressed with their service. Lily is amazing! So patient and kind and helped me with all my questions step by step:) After three days and mutiple support people involved it was wonderful that Lily was able to help with my customer's order issue.
