They suddenly changed their free plan and ruined everything for me. Now I'm not able to approve my customer's reviews anymore, so they are in the void in an unapproved state, but the worse is I can't export my original customer reviews, so I stuck with them until I found some manual solution. If I uninstall I lost all my reviews. Customer service doesn't care at all.

Although we are not offering Free plan at the moment, for users who have ever used Free plan until now, we still keep this plan 2. With recent updated version, we received many queries from customers regarding limitation numbers (reviews/products/pops/email request review) in plans. For making it clear, there are specific limitation for the number of imported reviews per product or monthly email request reviews, etc,.... For your case, because your plan has reached the limited number of review, so you cannot approve your customer`s review 3. For export review function, this is considered as a new function and it has been on our roadmap, especially they're in the final stages to test before releasing officially. WORST CUSTOMER SERIVCE EVER I really regret install this app. too many bug on my websites, the customer servise seems do not exist, do not response me and fix the bugs. really harm my business

(we wish we could give 0 star) This app is asking us to upgrade like every 2 weeks. We JUST started paying more with them (double actually...) and they're now doubling their bill AGAIN. This is unacceptable and we will look into other review solutions, there are many out there. ALSO, and what's most concerning, their JS is mesding up with the load speed of our site A LOT. Sorry for all these ALL CAPS but these developers don't know much what they're doing.

Ali Reviews caused over 20% drop in sales in last two days which was from page speed loading time of almost 12 seconds from our previous 1-2 seconds. Shopify couldn't figure this out over the last two days but finally found it the issue in the code for AliExpress. I'm sure many other customers were affected. Please fix.

scam , when you install it you see you have all the best feturein the 9.99$ plan after you pay the most importent feture are not including any more

**If you plan on having a store for multiple years, and constantly changing products to keep up with the trends, guess what? You will eventually need to keep upgrading your plan... non stop.. even if the count of products stays the same. RIDICULOUS: Historical data for imports.. When you open a store make sure you know from the start which direction you want to go... Example: If you open a store selling kids toys and add 1000 products, then later you decide you want to change the store direction and start over and you **delete ALL products** , and now you want to now sell shoes... guess what? all previous imports count against you and you will need to upgrade the plan... even if you have 5 products in your store going forward, all previous imports count against your plan.

This app was great for me at the $10 price point although once you upgrade your Shopify plan it FORCES you to upgrade to their $30 plan. That's a scam! Deleting this app and installing loox.

503 Error all time! What happen with the interface?

I was happy when I first used this app, the function, UI, etc. but when I tested my page speed here: https://developers.google.com/speed/pagespeed/insights/ my product page speed was: 49 / 100. Followed google's suggestion, removed the app, I speed up the page speed to: 81 / 100. they have not optimized the files of the app. and make sure you removed the app completely, includes the files in your theme.
