It was great experience. Nupur helped me step by step to onboard Shopify to Amazon platform. She was very detailed oriented and had lots of patience while guiding me. Application was rest was and straight forward once you learn from CedCommerce associates.

We had some issues with the delay in the subscription update but all got fixed. It is a good app with 24/7 support. It will save you a lot of time. There is some learning to do but support is there if you have any problems, you can just ask. Thank you

Great customer service. They reply promptly. They helped fix one of my issues. The only reason I gave it four stars was because it's a little tricky for me to use, and a lot of error messages which customer service helped me with. I may update to a 5 star later. I just feel the app could be a little more user friendly for beginners. I think once I get the hang of it it, will get easier. But customer service is great!

Great platform with great assistance whenever questions may arise. We are up and running on Amazon and it feels great! However, without the video assistance from the help team, the platform was difficult to figure out.

I was able to get the help I needed right away. Customer service jumped on a meeting call and we were able to get my problem resolved. Friendly and helpful! The app is great! It connects my products directly to amazon and the orders as well. Super helpful and easy to learn

This app is great and the customer support is fast to respond and they're very patient and very helpful when answering my questions. They helped me set up my account and made sure I understood every step along the way. I totally recommend this CedCommerce Amazon Channel app. I am so happy I went with this app and not a different one. The plans are affordable and the integration is so fast and easy. I got my account up and running with my items listed. I know that If I have any issues, I can easily used the chat to reach a customer service representative and they will help me.
