"I was promised white glove service when I signed up and pitched that there would be some hand holding by a dedicated team member to get me going on their platform, with regular follow-ups during my use of the app. That never happened. I went from someone contacting me non-stop to get me to sign-up to being ghosted by customer support staff with no follow-up and no training. I am not happy and would not recommend using this app because of this." Same thing happened to me. Noone is ever in the same position . Employees keep leaving. I was also was told to sign 3 years and I neber sign more than one and I was promised by Christine that if I had any issues she would let me out of the contract. Also they suggest the texts to help you and when I did that my bill was $2500 a month when my bill was supposed to be under $500. Shame because th app is easy to use. BUT ZERO customer service and they dont provide what they offer

Attentive as a partner has been wonderful. I have to say the level of support and timely responses/guidance is unparalleled - their team is always friendly, supportive and will dive into the tactical with our rather small team - that support is so appreciated. They also are always innovating and adding new features and possibilities so I'm excited to see what else they come up with.

I kept getting messages from the sales encouraging me to try the app, but when I pressed for additional information, all they would provide me was asking for a "20 min call." Eventually, I installed the app and tried it out, but I was horrified to learn that I couldn't use it and that I had to schedule a "20 min call" with them in order to use it. Since I started using Shopify in 2016, I have never encountered a user experience quite like this one. They are unable to easily contact the user. Install the app and give it a try if you want to confirm my review.

They deal terribly when you decide to go. They didn't release our list on time and porting the number takes weeks (unnecessarily). Their prices are higher than everyone else with almost no advantage (we didn't see any increase in numbers, etc). We've tried Emotive and Postscript as well, and I'd rate Attentive as the worst.

Billing transparency is equal 0. For some weird reason one can not see detailed billing or find exact cost for anything in the account home. Billing invoices are emailed from another system, instead of being visible in the account, no billing history ... nothing. When I think better that must be intentional. Of course, prices might be somewhere in the contract, but who looks at the contracts. Also revenue contributed to the app is incorrect, overestimated. We have lot of revenue from new customers, and of course new customers subscribe to SMS ... attentive attributes every new purchase to the attentive generated revenue.

I can't say enough good things about Attentive. They have been our favorite platform for years. Not only do they offer an incredible product with a seamless shopify integration, but they are second to none when it comes to customer service. the In-app white glove service is awesome, and having a dedicated CSM that is very hands-on is absolutely amazing. I recommend Attentive to everyone!!!!

Our experience with Attentive has been highly positive. The team we work with is consistently helpful, insightful, and a pleasure to collaborate with. We've been with Attentive for over a couple of years now and we've had a great experience working with the platform & our account managers. The platform is easy to navigate, they have plenty of resources available on how to optimize your sms/mms marketing strategy, and the campaigns/journeys/signup units are easy to set up! We've definitely seen an increase in ROI since we've made the switch. Not to mention, their White Glove Service is extremely helpful in answering our questions and concerns.

We are an established brand and made the switch to Attentive over a year ago. Their onboarding team was organized and our reps (currently Marc) really add value to our SMS marketing. We've never had an issue with the platform and even the AI recommendations for text campaigns provide very good examples that we often use over our own planned copy.

As a platform it has been excellent in executing our marketing messages out to users. It also has robust segmentation possibilities and provides quality reports/data for us to review. One fall back is the integration segmentations can have issues.

Attentive has been a top notch SMS provider. It's super easy to use and the White Glove support is second to none. Chat is always available so you never have to feel stuck, you can always get an answer. Reporting is great too.

If I could give no stars, I would. DO NOT use this company if you want to retain subscriber data (they took our list from Klaviyo and scrubbed everything except email and mobile number. They don't understand basic requirements like opt-in/out data. My subscriber list has three columns. It's a joke. Design is glitchy and can't save mid-design (meaning you lose work unless you want to save and get backed out each time), customer service reps are MIA and tech support patchy. Analytics and reporting are very basic and many essential reports have to be requested (because they're gatekeeping data, I suspect because so many people are fleeing). And the best part? They cost 2x what Klaviyo charges for a much better platform and service. They built their business by luring Klaviyo customers away with a free email service period but once that was over, are charging far more than we were led to believe. Even if it didn't feel like a bait-and-switch, they cannot justify charging so much for a pretty basic service. Seriously causing us so much grief and after days of begging for help, we're still getting shrugs and confusion.

Attentive has been a game-changer! The interface is so easy to use, the resources are insightful, and their customer support is the best part - their white-glove team and our own account manager are there to help with everything along the way. We only wish we would have brought Attentive on sooner!
