It's a new platform that needs to be discovered. So far, so good. I like how everything links fast between Shopify and AutoDS. I wish customer service could be more often available, especially for newbies. It is very user-friendly in general.

After extensively testing and studying various dropshipping platforms, I have to highly recommend AutoDS. Starting in dropshipping takes time and some investment. The app is user-friendly. Lots of great videos and tutorials to help out along the way. I'm using this app for dropshipping and syncing with my Shopify store. So far so good!

Super friendly staff and easy to use. Everything is explained in videos even to the extent of unbiased approach comparing its strengths/weaknesses versus other similar apps. Love it and wouldn't have gotten into drop-shipping without it! Thanks for being noob friendly!

I had a great experience with Luther on the AutoDS chat today. He answered my question about TikTok and winning products, explaining that I currently didn't have access to the feature. Luther provided clear instructions on how I can gain access in the future. Additionally, we discussed an issue with my account, and he promptly made a ticket to get it fixed. Luther was knowledgeable, helpful, and efficient throughout our conversation. Thank you for the excellent support!

It seemed like a good idea, but the product doesn't work correctly. There is no setup assistance, it demands a lot of busy work by the store owner and their customer service department is thoroughly confused. They refuse to provide support via screen share to help with setup or anything else, even after upgrading to the mentor program. I still haven't spoken with a mentor in over two days, with one customer service rep telling me via email that I'm not signed up for a mentor program and another telling me I have mentor privileges but never made a ticket. I've made two tickets, but they seem to be getting deleted by the rep who thinks I'm not authorized to have a mentor. This is the worst customer service I've encountered on Shopify thus far, and I experiment with many apps. 6/4/24 update: After I left a one-star review, the company offered me everything I wanted. I can't take them up on that because, after my experience with Auto-DS, I have lost all interest in trying again with them. Now, they want me to delete or change my review. The rep who promised to make everything right is telling me that this review reflects on them personally. I don't want my star rating to compromise her job, so I've changed this to a 5-star review even though I would not try this company again.
