Auto DS: AI Dropshipping & POD

I am pleased with all of the products they have available for dropshippers. While the aim is to assist with automating the process and making it easier to process orders, I find navigation and use a bit cumbersome. Searching for products is not as easy as it should be using keywords. Many time i get results not relevant to my keyword unless i narrow down the search by selecting a specific category. I am going to stick with it. I will say that their customer service chat has been a big help. They are knowledgeable and able to help sort through your issues. I have utilized them many times now, always with satisfactory outcome.

I love app! It is very easy to use and the academy is there to guide newbies, like me, to the dropshipping business.

However, while AutoDS offers a comprehensive suite of features, I wish it provided clearer guidance on additional purchases for expanded functionality. Features like handpicked products, TikTok spy, and trending products, though optional, enhance the platform's capabilities. It would be beneficial to have this information upfront, rather than discovering it post-sign-up. In conclusion, my initial experience with AutoDS has been overwhelmingly positive. Its modern approach and user-friendly interface set it apart in the crowded field of fulfillment solutions. I eagerly anticipate exploring its full potential as I progress with my store.

Gave the app a second shot, its pretty good and easy to use. First time i used the app i guess i didnt have much time to explore it so the more time you have testing the app out you can see how it benefits you. The app actually offers quite a few products from all calagotries. Still waiting to get a sale and see how quick the shipping can be and how it works more, but excited because i have a good amount of product on my site.

Brand new to the app. I really like the services this app provides. I just need to learn all the features to maximize the functionality of the service. I initially had difficulty importing my Shopify products but eventually all products were imported. Rizza Jean was especially helpful.

Very patient and nice.

Only been on it for a day but so far so good. A huge product catalog and since I've worked with DS sites before it was pretty intuitive. A bit clunky in some areas but nothing to complain about so far.

Still learning to upload my products but all looks good so far and looking for a bit more support from your support team.

I registered only minutes ago and need time to learn more, so it is way too soon to give my proper rating. Anyway, I rate it with four stars as of now. I will change my rating in the near future according to my experience. It seems unfair to be forced to rate it since you guys know I am a new kid on the block. So, one click to import everything? Untrue! I must think and select a proper category for tax purposes, a product type, and the right tag to place the import item. All that I thought was done automatically and that's what I have been doing before coming across AutoDS.

I'm still learning. But they appear to have a bunch of great tutorial videos and how tos. I'm excited to see what can be done.

So far easy to use, not much fuss, although editing the description of products needs more work. Better off getting that portion done in the backend of shopify.

I would recommend because of the exciting features and variety of products! I would be careful with how much everything cost and how much profit you're making.

EDIT: What a difference good customer service makes. In this case from zero to hero. As per my previous review, I had a terrible initial experience with the customer service over chat. They basically just copy & pasted irrelevant information and left me hanging for 3 weeks but after leaving the previous review they assigned Dorina Tsompani to help me. Dorina walked me through every issue, made sure everything worked and completely changed my mind about the AutoDS. She is an absolute star. I hope that I can provide the same level of customer experience to my customers that she provided! ....... DO NOT USE AUTO DS, IT IS SCAM SOFTWARE. I watched all their tutorials and followed all their instructions. I tried to connect 2 products from Amazon and 1 from AliExpress, standard dropshipping sources that their software should be able to handle based on what they say it can do but it didn’t work. I submitted a ticket and they said the would have their developers look into why it wasn’t working. 3 weeks later and multiple job tickets submitted and responded to but still no progress. They had the gaul to only offer me 15% for my troubles so that I would be paying 85% for a software that works 0% with no idea of timeline for the fix given. No thank you. You have been warned, don’t make the same mistake and believe all their promising YouTube videos. Don’t waste your time and money.

Interface, settings and everything else seems good so far. My only gripe is the availability of computer peripherals outside of Amazon, which returns little to no profit if set at a sellable price.
