Objet : Demande de remboursement pour période d'essai et produits en rupture de stock Bonjour, Je me permets de vous contacter concernant ma récente inscription à votre service. J'ai travaillé toute la nuit sur votre logiciel et échangé avec votre assistant virtuel. Malheureusement, j'ai constaté que tous les produits étaient en rupture de stock, ce qui rendait impossible la poursuite de mes essais. De plus, j'ai reçu une facture de près de 300 euros pour cette journée d'essai, ce qui me semble injustifié étant donné les circonstances. Je sollicite donc un remboursement pour cette période d'essai et le temps perdu, et je souhaite également savoir quelles mesures vous comptez prendre pour éviter ce genre de désagrément à l'avenir. - Undeliverable Products Listed Without Warning AutoDS imported over 350 products into my store that were not deliverable to Romania, my primary market—causing customer refunds and reputational damage. - Hidden Paywalls & Deceptive Automation Claims Features like order fulfillment, product sourcing, and even access to “handpicked” or “trending” products are locked behind additional fees, including an $11 charge just to view curated product lists. - Wallet System That Penalizes Users I was forced to preload $15 into the AutoDS wallet, only to: - Receive only $12.75 back after refund - Lose ~$4 total due to PayPal fees on both deposit and withdrawal - Discover that withdrawals require manual approval, with no upfront disclosure - No Real-Time Shipping Validation AutoDS failed to flag products that couldn’t be shipped to my region—even during manual fulfillment—leading to store shutdown and catalogue deletion. - Misleading Flexibility & Feature Promises AutoDS markets itself as flexible and beginner-friendly, but its structure only suits users with excess capital—or those willing to mislead others for affiliate commissions. - Business Disruption & Loss of Trust Due to AutoDS’s failures, I had to: - Refund my first customer and issue a goodwill gift card - Take my store offline - Delete 357 products and rebuild from scratch

absolute scam. Does not work for my store to connect to Amazon AU. they tell you this after fumbling around for 2 weeks and i have already paid for the membership. absolute junk app. promises so much but doesnt deliver. LITERALLY. cannot fulfill orders automatically and the 'help' cannot tell me how to fix it. rubbish

-1 I have actually talked with customer service before leave the platform and all they did was to make me feel secure I won’t be charged after cancellation free trial and they actually charged me,luckily that I didn’t had funds on the card,I need to stress myself fixing their direct debit stuff. Totally scammers,tell something and do something else.

Paid $150 for Phantom Inventory: Every product I brought in via AutoDS went out of stock shortly after import, even though the original listing remained in stock. After a month ($150), I had nothing but disabled listings and customer frustration. Maybe it’s a syncing issue, but either way it wasn’t workable for me.

I used the app for about 5 min. They couldn't provide shipping times and prices and asked me to speak to the supplier (in my case aliexpress). So i uninstalled and moved to another supplier. Ever since every month Autods is charging me for the plan i selected even though the app is uninstalled... Ive sent multiple emails to them to which they dont reply. I unsubscribed from their emails and they keep bombarding me with promos. Really bad app , I wouldn't recommend it to anyone!

This is the worst app for dropshipping, I have so many negative things to say about autods, I really don't know where to start. I was using this app 2 years ago and I left them with disappointment, I thought these guys would have updated with time but I was completely wrong, they are still the same. DO NOT LISTEN TO THESE GORUS ON YOUTUBE THEY MAKE MONEY WHEN YOU USE THEIR LINK. Autods pays them. First of all, I linked a product from aliExpress and then when I got orders from the customers autods kept on giving me an error I contacted their customer services team they said someone will reach out via email and their excuse was that the supplier doesn't have varients in stock, emails was going back and forth for 2-3 business days and I had the same issue, didn't solve my problem. Second of all, they won't even let you change your product name lol, in order to change your product name you have to subscribe to their $40 USD plan not the basic one. who does that. thridly, they asked me to use their own autods supplier when I sourced the product it was the complete opposite product, then I told them to remove the sourcing they said you can't because you have to change your monthly plan lol. I initially loaded $50 USD to my balance and when they couldn't help me out I asked for a refund and instead of sending me the full $50 USD, they refunded me $40 lol. I was so frustrated then I went to CJ and DSers in which they helped me fulfill my order.

This Company is A RIPP OFF Stay Away At All Costs. Product Lists at Walmart $23 and they are charging me $47 on top of it %3 sales fee plus every-time You deposit %5 and the subscription fee of $200 there is no way you can make money with this app. You better off order directly from Walmart or Amazon
