EDIT: What a difference good customer service makes. In this case from zero to hero. As per my previous review, I had a terrible initial experience with the customer service over chat. They basically just copy & pasted irrelevant information and left me hanging for 3 weeks but after leaving the previous review they assigned Dorina Tsompani to help me. Dorina walked me through every issue, made sure everything worked and completely changed my mind about the AutoDS. She is an absolute star. I hope that I can provide the same level of customer experience to my customers that she provided! ....... DO NOT USE AUTO DS, IT IS SCAM SOFTWARE. I watched all their tutorials and followed all their instructions. I tried to connect 2 products from Amazon and 1 from AliExpress, standard dropshipping sources that their software should be able to handle based on what they say it can do but it didn’t work. I submitted a ticket and they said the would have their developers look into why it wasn’t working. 3 weeks later and multiple job tickets submitted and responded to but still no progress. They had the gaul to only offer me 15% for my troubles so that I would be paying 85% for a software that works 0% with no idea of timeline for the fix given. No thank you. You have been warned, don’t make the same mistake and believe all their promising YouTube videos. Don’t waste your time and money.

Interface, settings and everything else seems good so far. My only gripe is the availability of computer peripherals outside of Amazon, which returns little to no profit if set at a sellable price.

After checking into other Dropshipping apps, AutoDS has the best tools for searching according to supplier locations and shipping destinations. It allows you to choose international or not. Plus it offers sources such as Amazon.com. Just getting started, but great so far.

Decent App. Still getting off the ground in product selection they need to add etsy, I cant find books and cd yet but im sure they are there.

User Interface seems simple enough. The app is a little clunky, and not as user-friendly as you might expect from an app that charges for its services. The checklist that requires you to upload a screenshot of your review before using the service seems a little odd. But if you can get past the sketchiness of that, the app works to get products into your inventory, it seems to track stock, and grabs relevant information. Some of the issues I already see are; real time price tracking isn't obvious or just isn't a feature, being able to edit a product is several steps to initiate, and importing into shopify you have to manually go through and select things like product type, category, vendor, etc.

Great all in one store. I would recommend this platform to beginnings and those who have a busy daily schedule. If you are looking to create a passive side income with little work, AD will be a great platform.

Easy to use, great concept, however very poor customer service and issue resolution. Only 2 orders, and not one processed properly through their autoservice. Customer service took days to resolve and was barely ever available to solve real issues I had. If I had a high volume of orders I don't know what I would do! They are killed my shipping times with all the delays and I've already refunded one customer, thankfully they got the second order out but barely in enough time. I was given a free month however I didn't have a chance to place an order within that time so only time can tell.
