I've had a bit of a rough time with AutoDS but overall feel as though they could be a great place for someone to start and scale their business. The team got back to me relatively quickly (within 24hrs usually) and provided decent support when i submitted tickets. There are some currency conversion/integration issues that need to be managed (sale price showing as $19.99 USD in AutoDS shows as $19.99 AUD on Shopify instead of converting)and the product research can be difficult sometimes. Definitely more beneficial to be using this when in the US opposed to Australia like me.

It's okay, it could be better. Does not provide options to choose a shipping method when suppliers have so many options. Sync does break constantly which is a headache

Terrible dropshipping fulfillment app theyre just full of hidden fees that all feel unfair. In addition, their customer service is TERRIBLE as they use a system of "tickets" , and when using this ticketing service for help i never get a reply.

** I have listed my reviews and the updates below in chronological order ** I tried out the system during the trial period. It appeared to work well but the problem is trying to cancel. Removing the subscription in AutoDS does not resolve them not charging your account. Even if I needed to use them again, I would not due to the run around I am getting trying to just get a refund as they automatically charged us even though we don't have a subscription with them. It is very frustrating. **UPDATE 12/25 ** After posting this review, they reached out to actively resolve this issue. They have promised to refund the payment and once I do get that, I will post an updated review. ** UPDATE 12/28/22 ** The refund posted to my credit card. I am appreciative that it was refunded. I think that they do operate a disappointing customer service experience which maintains that a customer must post a bad review to get someone to actually listen to the issue. This is reactive and sad. I would be skeptical of their work as this was a very aggressive situation where every day they were pushing for me to change my review but the refund I had to trust would be done. This felt like trying to buy my review change. I explained why I did not want to use the system, and they continue to ask if I want another trial. It is overall a bad customer experience that is a systemic issue, not an engagement one.

** Update: after my review I received an email from the company offering me a refund. I received a full refund from them which I truly appreciate. However i still stand with not using this company, they are very helpful and understanding.** I just canceled my account because of the insane amount of fees they charge for everything. To load money onto the account you have to pay up to 5% fees, then you only have the option to load 50, 100,200,300, or 1000. You cant add a specific amount, if you have orders that add up to $64 you have to add 100 and if you have other dropshipping companies and want to transfer your money back over you have to pay a 10% fee. You lose money with this company, also if you decide to change your plan in the middle of the month then change it again you get charged for all three changes then if you decide to downgrade you have to pay for all of those as well. Also the site is so glitchy and sometimes you wont see your orders until your customers complain. I had to refund 2 orders because of this! Absolutely ridiculous! DO NOT USE THIS APP!

SO FAR SO BETTER AND WILL UPDATE AS I USE IT MORE...THE CUSTOMER SERVICE FOLLOWED UP BUT I SOLVED IT PRIOR. I WISH THEY WOULD HAVE HELPED ME THEN BUT I WILL USE IT THEN UPDATE BUT I LIKE IT SO FAR!

Jag har problem med att information om produkter, priser etc ändras hela tiden! Jag måste gå in dagligen och kolla att allting stämmer och ändra det som har ändrats av sig själv! Förlorar jätte mycket tid på att rätta till uppgifter om produkten och dessutom är det väldigt missvisande för kunden. Ibland visar det att en klänning kostar 20 kr och ibland 1300 kr vilka är inte de rätta priserna! När det gäller supporten är vissa jätte snabba på att svara och verkligen försöker verkligen hjälpa till medan andra säger att det inte går att lösa problemet och då får man ingen hjälp egentligen.

system is ok .. not the best but it works.. i need tech support and Kristine via chat help me really fast and efficiently. thank you Kristine will give 5 stars .. i gave 3 stars because the system need lots of improvement..

Honestly this has made my business run so much smoother. I had some learning curve at the start as you get used to a certain way of operating. But the more I utilize the system it really is a time saver. Like that I can do everything I need to from one location and support has been very helpful and quick to resolve issues. Two Week Update: I have been using the system now for a couple weeks and unfortunately I'm starting to have real doubts in the app. It does offer a lot of features that are helpful but the promises and featured advantages of AutoDS is just untrue. For example they state they will convert all TBA Tracking into bluecare express my experience has been that this only happens 3 out of 10 orders the rest will never be converted. I did contact customer service and everytime they just state they are unable to fix it. Which I know is incorrect as I have a trackerbot account and I'm able to manual convert all my TBA regardless of delivery status etc. Prior to AutoDS I had a perfect delivery rating with all converted, since converting to AutoDS I have multiple late deliveries and many showing TBA tracking which has increased my returns asked for as well as gotten the attention of my selling platform who is asking why I'm not providing valid tracking. Do not offer a service and promote it as it will help you reach top seller status if it really just never works. Hopefully these issues will be fixed and I will update my review in another couple weeks.

This app might be worthy of a 5 star review If after you install the app, you could get the admin area of the app to load properly.

Update #3 (17th Nov) Uninstalled this horrid piece of software, it could not work out if things were in stock or not on Banggood UK. After spending far too long proving to support that it was their issue and not mine, I gave up and spent more time looking for an alternative, I've found it, moved to it and it just works. AutoDS might work for more basic stores but for me it was a waste of time, money and sales. Also, that $266 price increase rubbish, thanks for all the strikes I got every time your app could not work out stuff was in stock and the price on my platforms shot through the roof, appreciate that. ---------------------------------------------------------------- Update #2 (27th April) I've been testing out the app and by and large it seems to be working out, a couple of minor issues that are being looked into, but the most important part for me was that I could re-link my existing products back to their supplier (no one wants to recreate hundreds of listings again) this is working pretty much as it should so I'm happy :) ---------------------------------------------------------------- Update: I've just has a long chat with Lior from AutoDS who called me later the same day after my review, starting Tue 20th / Wed 21st April '21 they will be adding support for EU/UK warehouses on AliExpress and Banggood. For me personally this will be a big deal as AutoDS is the closest replacement to ShopMaster, I look forward to giving it a try and all I shall update my review after some testing to let you all know how it goes. ---------------------------------------------------------------- Original Review: Looks good and feature packed, lack of interest in supporting non US/China warehouses meant it was not suitable for my business model. Would reconsider in the future if support was added.
