Avoid AutoDS at all costs! My experience with their services has been incredibly frustrating. First of all, their automation service, which they advertise as included, is actually an expensive 'add-on' that you have to pay for separately. What's even more infuriating is that even after paying for this service, it never functioned properly. I had to contact their support team numerous times due to recurring errors on their end. In the end, the automated service proved useless, forcing me to manage everything manually. One of the most aggravating incidents involved items that AutoDS marked as 'shipped,' but they never reached my customers. Shockingly, I only discovered this when I proactively sought tracking information and was told that the product had gone out of stock on the supplier's website. AutoDS failed to notify me of this issue, which is the least one can expect from such a service! As a result, they couldn't fulfill my customers' orders, leading to sudden cancellations, refunds, and financial losses on my part. To compound the frustration, their online chat support is consistently unavailable. When you face an urgent issue, your only recourse is to open a 'ticket' and wait for a response, which can be excessively time-consuming and inconvenient. In conclusion, I strongly advise against using AutoDS. Their services are unreliable, their pricing is deceptive, and their customer support is sorely lacking. There are far better alternatives available for your automation needs!

Whoever made this was, I believe during that time he was on some sort of drug. There is nothing working on this app except taking credit out of account. When you wanna do simple thing, it requires credit and it works just fine, but when you want to use the app, nothing works, Item won't push, or there is not even option to upload product photos in bulk. This shows that whoever made this app clearly does not have any idea about eCommerce, or how these things work. Same goes to the owner, that has no idea how these things work, probably hired someone and said just do that do this and this. Do not waste your time with this app, my 30 mins is gone, save yours.

AutoDs à fuir ! Pour 40 dollars tu peu importer seulement 500 variantes de produit et non 500 produit comme indiquer ( Exemple : pour des forêt qui on plusieurs diamètre, vous pouvez pour 40 dollars espérer mettre environ 5 à 6 articles maximum dans votre boutique. ) Ridicule... Il y a de nombreux bug présent et de fonctionnalité très sommaire: 1- Pour certains articles les variantes ne seront pas totalement importer 2- Le stock pour certains articles et faussé donc en rupture constante 3- Les prix de certains articles hors de la chine sont importer en dessous du prix d'achat (ceux qui peu posé problème ces d'avoir un article moins chère que le prix réel) 4- L'importation, le tri des images, le tri des variantes tout est non fonctionnel Je vous laisse découvrir ou pas l'une des pire plateforme jamais conçus à ce jour ! Bonne chance ! ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- AutoDs to flee! For 40 dollars you can only import 500 product variants and not 500 products as indicated (Example: for forests that have several diameters, for 40 dollars you can hope to put around 5 to 6 items maximum in your store.) Ridiculous... There are many bugs present and very basic functionality: 1- For certain items the variants will not be fully imported 2- The stock for certain items is distorted and therefore constantly out of stock 3- The prices of certain items outside China are imported below the purchase price (those which pose a problem are having an item cheaper than the actual price) 4- Importing, sorting images, sorting variants everything is non-functional I'll let you discover or not one of the worst platforms ever designed to date! Edit my review from 5 star to 1 star This is the worst tool for dropshipping. They market themselves as a tool that speeds up order processing, but in reality, it only extends the processing time. Orders are processed in 7-9 days instead of the promised 24-48 hours, thereby increasing your customers' dissatisfaction. I do not recommend anyone to use it. I switched to another application and am very satisfied because orders are now processed within 1-2 hours. They do not refund orders that customers canceled due to the long wait, and in the end, they place new orders the next day, causing you to incur losses.

I am perplexed and frustrated by a $250 charge from AutoDS for a service I haven't used. The lack of explanation for this demand is deeply concerning. As a customer, I deserve transparency and clarity regarding any charges. I vehemently protest this unjust deduction and request an immediate refund. It is imperative that AutoDS rectifies this situation promptly and provides a clear account of the reasons for this charge. Failing to do so damages trust and raises serious ethical questions. I expect a swift resolution to this matter.

We tried AutoDS for a few weeks and were very disappointed. The app doesn't work. The product prices in the shop have changed at times, e.g. B. from $400 to $8000!! We couldn't be told why it happened. Can't imagine when that happens in a shop that contains thousands of items. Some of the variants were not imported. Some variants did not import variant images. Products were showing as "sold out" in the shop even though they were plentiful on the source side (Walmart, Wayfair, and Amazon). Customer service was always friendly and helpful but was only able to fix the errors at times. After a while, the same errors appeared again. The app seems to have been on the market for a long time but has as many bugs as if it was launched just yesterday. It is also very questionable whether the images that are imported using this app are not copyrighted. I asked for a refund and got a standard letter why a refund is not possible despite all the problems I had. I can only advise anyone who really wants to build a serious business to look around for an alternative, as this app is a real troublemaker.

So much for a free trial. Cost me $1.50 AUS. Then I unactivated it on shopify & ask them to cancel / unsubscribe my account becauseI couldn'tfind how to. I was told it was all done & inactive, the a week later they stolen more money from my account $546.30 AUS. After contacting them they wanted to charge me around $100 for administration fees for there stuff up. I finely got most my money back by threatening to contact the CEO. 1 customer service person was very rude & blamed me for there mistakes. I'm still out of pocket around $5. Terrible experience.

Having now endured 1.5 arduous years in partnership with AutoDS, I feel obligated to share my disastrous experience to prevent others from falling into the same abyss. In spite of the audacious promises, their software is in fact glaringly dysfunctional. It has consistently failed to monitor stock or price changes from supplier websites. Time and again, my store has indicated items being out of stock when, in reality, they are readily available on the supplier's site. Each occurrence has been an uphill battle, taking over a month to rectify only for the same issue to resurface within a few months. These recurring bugs have shackled my business, preventing me from conducting marketing activities and stifering growth. I have been unable to turn a profit due to AutoDS' blunders. It's important to note that this software isn't a minor investment - it costs nearly $100/month, excluding the additional costs of running a business. Regrettably, they offer no refunds, only credits towards more use of their defective system. Their customer service is equally disheartening. Executives turn a deaf ear to user inquiries, responding only when a negative review threatens their facade. Even then, it's merely a plea for the review's removal rather than a genuine attempt to resolve the issue. With no other viable options and a business bled dry, I am forced to close the doors of my E-commerce venture, Clever Casita. It is with a heavy heart and an empty pocket that I bid farewell, all thanks to the abysmal experience with AutoDS. If there's anything to take away from my experience, it's this: Do NOT entrust your hard-earned money or your business dreams to AutoDS. You'd be better off throwing your money into a wishing well and hoping for a miracle. The software's perennial errors and inadequate support make it an absolute liability, rather than an asset for your business. A thorough disappointment, AutoDS, and a monumental letdown for all who believed in you.

SCAM APP! BE CAREFUL I was charged £294.57 after using their 14-day trail just to explore their app. I've never used it and even if I did continue with the app (which I didn't) I should have only been charged for the membership which is meant to be $39!!!!! Update 25/07/23: I was going to remove this review as my issue got resolved however, the owner emailed me threatening me with legal action due to leaving a review about my experience and receiving a refund from Shopify. Shocking. I hate doing these types of reviews but the way he has treated me warrants me to tell everyone.

Please be aware everyone. The moment you will install the app they will start charging money. They will at first authorize your card for $5000 and then you can not even change the limit. Please be careful. Even then if you have installed the app and want to get out of it then make sure you uninstall it properly.

Downloaded app, all features were not compatible with my store. I uninstalled the app less than an hour later after trying diligently to get it to work and was invoiced $400 the same day it was uninstalled. THIS IS A SCAM TO CHARGE YOU FOR A USAGE FEE!!!!!!

They took out $423 randomly which I caught immediately and emailed them right away. What little products I did find that fit my niche aren't worth the price they charge at all. I have reached out to them several times with Shopify support help for a shipping questions and it took days to have one simple question answered which, to me, tells me that this issue will not resolved anytime soon either, if at all! I do not have a single item of theirs pushed to my store. This is completely unacceptable. I want my money returned immediately!
