We tried AutoDS for a few weeks and were very disappointed. The app doesn't work. The product prices in the shop have changed at times, e.g. B. from $400 to $8000!! We couldn't be told why it happened. Can't imagine when that happens in a shop that contains thousands of items. Some of the variants were not imported. Some variants did not import variant images. Products were showing as "sold out" in the shop even though they were plentiful on the source side (Walmart, Wayfair, and Amazon). Customer service was always friendly and helpful but was only able to fix the errors at times. After a while, the same errors appeared again. The app seems to have been on the market for a long time but has as many bugs as if it was launched just yesterday. It is also very questionable whether the images that are imported using this app are not copyrighted. I asked for a refund and got a standard letter why a refund is not possible despite all the problems I had. I can only advise anyone who really wants to build a serious business to look around for an alternative, as this app is a real troublemaker.

So much for a free trial. Cost me $1.50 AUS. Then I unactivated it on shopify & ask them to cancel / unsubscribe my account becauseI couldn'tfind how to. I was told it was all done & inactive, the a week later they stolen more money from my account $546.30 AUS. After contacting them they wanted to charge me around $100 for administration fees for there stuff up. I finely got most my money back by threatening to contact the CEO. 1 customer service person was very rude & blamed me for there mistakes. I'm still out of pocket around $5. Terrible experience.

Having now endured 1.5 arduous years in partnership with AutoDS, I feel obligated to share my disastrous experience to prevent others from falling into the same abyss. In spite of the audacious promises, their software is in fact glaringly dysfunctional. It has consistently failed to monitor stock or price changes from supplier websites. Time and again, my store has indicated items being out of stock when, in reality, they are readily available on the supplier's site. Each occurrence has been an uphill battle, taking over a month to rectify only for the same issue to resurface within a few months. These recurring bugs have shackled my business, preventing me from conducting marketing activities and stifering growth. I have been unable to turn a profit due to AutoDS' blunders. It's important to note that this software isn't a minor investment - it costs nearly $100/month, excluding the additional costs of running a business. Regrettably, they offer no refunds, only credits towards more use of their defective system. Their customer service is equally disheartening. Executives turn a deaf ear to user inquiries, responding only when a negative review threatens their facade. Even then, it's merely a plea for the review's removal rather than a genuine attempt to resolve the issue. With no other viable options and a business bled dry, I am forced to close the doors of my E-commerce venture, Clever Casita. It is with a heavy heart and an empty pocket that I bid farewell, all thanks to the abysmal experience with AutoDS. If there's anything to take away from my experience, it's this: Do NOT entrust your hard-earned money or your business dreams to AutoDS. You'd be better off throwing your money into a wishing well and hoping for a miracle. The software's perennial errors and inadequate support make it an absolute liability, rather than an asset for your business. A thorough disappointment, AutoDS, and a monumental letdown for all who believed in you.

SCAM APP! BE CAREFUL I was charged £294.57 after using their 14-day trail just to explore their app. I've never used it and even if I did continue with the app (which I didn't) I should have only been charged for the membership which is meant to be $39!!!!! Update 25/07/23: I was going to remove this review as my issue got resolved however, the owner emailed me threatening me with legal action due to leaving a review about my experience and receiving a refund from Shopify. Shocking. I hate doing these types of reviews but the way he has treated me warrants me to tell everyone.

Please be aware everyone. The moment you will install the app they will start charging money. They will at first authorize your card for $5000 and then you can not even change the limit. Please be careful. Even then if you have installed the app and want to get out of it then make sure you uninstall it properly.

Downloaded app, all features were not compatible with my store. I uninstalled the app less than an hour later after trying diligently to get it to work and was invoiced $400 the same day it was uninstalled. THIS IS A SCAM TO CHARGE YOU FOR A USAGE FEE!!!!!!

They took out $423 randomly which I caught immediately and emailed them right away. What little products I did find that fit my niche aren't worth the price they charge at all. I have reached out to them several times with Shopify support help for a shipping questions and it took days to have one simple question answered which, to me, tells me that this issue will not resolved anytime soon either, if at all! I do not have a single item of theirs pushed to my store. This is completely unacceptable. I want my money returned immediately!

Auto DS will charge for a whole year after 14 day trial without any reminders. i was trying the app in this trial time .. i didn't like it at all .. most of the people saying its good am not sure how? no details but most of the items found here are already available at cheaper price in Amazon or eBay with 1 day shipping time and even 1-2$ cheaper .. am not sure how profitable this is .. you still need to pay them 40$ a month .. with so many other things that I didn't like ... don't waste your money and time here ... also customer service is VERY BAD

Most honest review right here: Most horrific experience with this app. We installed this app, it automatically uploaded our custom "unlinked" products under the products page without authorization. Only way to remove reference to our Shopify product listings is to select those products under the products page while doing so it permanently deleted all of our products and caused us a massive amount of product and product data loss even though none of our products were actually linked and uploaded to AutoDS. Confirmation came up that said "do you want to delete these products" didn't say anything about permanently removing our listings from our store! While talking with the support they were not able to resolve this issue and not able to restore the data that their system deleted. In the process of a legal litigation regarding this issue with AutoDS

The app is good, but the company itself is a bit scam. The platform has a mistake and I paid twice for product search credits, and they do not want to return my money back, even do not want to convert it into auto-order credits. But credits for products finder do not worth it, from 200 products that autos promise 8 sales per month for every product, I sold 0 at all, no sales, even no views on that products. So, they sell credits that are not worth the money, and if they cached you, they do not want to refund you because they know that you will not buy these credits anymore. I have asked them to close my account and give me a refund. They closed my account but didn't give me the money back.

Their website says you can import products from various suppliers. False advertising! Only AliExpress & Amazon. Still being developed. Also, if you are in Australia, sell in Australia & want to buy from Australian suppliers - DO NOT USE THIS APP. It does not support Australia - at the moment apparently. Good thing I only paid the $1 trial before wasting my time.

the app is really really really bad and just costing me money. i ran ads for my website and they kept tripleing my price. it would grab incorrect prices from supplier and make them extremely expensive which ends up costing me money. support said they fixed it after 10 hours reply but they actually didn`t. i had to stop ads and have to remove this garbage and use dsers or something that actually works. It happened on 3 products so far, please help yourselves and don t use this app. its harmful at this point

It is common practice for Auto DS to charge for a whole year after 14 day trial without any reminders. These opinions are repeated here in the reviews so I'm gonna paste below description of a same problem as mine. To add, replies that I received by support look like a bot, that doesn't understand the problem, and tries to pull on monthly subsciption, despite me wanting to cancel it all, and receive refund. Honestly, all that time that the app is supposted to save is wasted on write back and forth with support. Completly unthinkable for DS business "BILLED ME FOR A YEAR AFTER 2 WEEK FREE TRIAL / NO REMINDERS TO CANCEL OR ALTERNATIVE OFFERS PROVIDED. To all new users of this program, do not sign up for a 2 week free trial unless you wish to be charged a yearly fee of $368 US dollars after the trial is over plus GST. I had just signed up to a Shopify account and was referred to Auto DS by a successful influencer. I did not receive any email reminders at all to cancel or to provide alternative offers. Immediately after the 2 week period I got an email from Shopify stating there was a charge of $405 US dollars to my account and if I didn't pay, my account with Shopify would be eventually be locked. I have lodged a ticket and after emailing numerous people they have not answered my inquiry of whether I can be re-invoiced for the month (of which I am happy to pay) but have focused on changing the plan to a monthly deal and asking me to pay for the full year to claim a refund."
