Extremely helpful customer service. The app has difficulties with international currencies, but this is waiting on Shopify to open up availability to configure with their API's. The app does everything we need

So far, so great! I was able to successfully configure the ADG app and the specific promotion I had in mind without any hassle. RG was extremely helpful in making sure I had configured my promotion correctly and troubleshooting when I ran into an issue. They answered promptly and clearly, making me feel taken care of and confident in my first promotion with the app. Though I haven't run the promotion yet, I am looking forward to seeing its results.

The app works and looks pretty good but the pricing model makes no sense. 2.9% of my sales for the app like this is outrageous. 0.6% is a lot, but acceptable I guess??? 0,6% on top of $45 every month is ridiculous. This is not a type of promotion I am running all the time in my shop. I am not willing to pay a pretty high flat fee of $45 for the app I am going to use only from time to time. You want to charge your client 45 dollars no matter what. You don't care if I use the app or not. Then, you expect me to split my profit with you on top of it, when I actually make a promotion and generate sales with the app (I already paid for). Now you care if I made sales with it. I finished the promotion on my store and I would like to disable the app for now, but I can't. Should I just run the promotion all the time? Should I pay you $45 for nothing? Should I pay you $45 for 10 days of using the app and then give you part of my profit too, uninstall the app and then install it again and configure everything from the start again???? I just can't wrap my head around this whole concept. How people agree to this is beyond me. I wish I could work with you, but it just doesn't make sense.

Just so you know for the future, when you're not running any sales, you have the option to switch to our free plan, allowing you to test the waters without incurring the $49/month base fee. The best part is, you don't even need to uninstall the app. However, in the event that you do uninstall it, rest assured that all your promotions and settings will be saved. Once you reinstall the app, you'll find everything just as you left it, eliminating any worries about losing your progress or starting over. We use the app to apply discounts to product variants which is not possible natively in Shopify. The app works fine and the support is very helpful. Just the pricing might lead to us implementing the functionality by ourselves.

unbeatable service! we have set up countless discounts using this app and it works great. RG is extremely helpful and has helped to set up more complicated promotions for us as well as customize a few things we wanted. Awesome and helpful team. I highly recommend

I have received the best customer service ever. (Shout out to RG) I was having some problems with the automatic discount and I got a step by step help. They made a loom video so I can easily understand and visual see exactly what I needed to do. I've been on Shopify for 4 years and I wish all the other apps and developers were like this. Excellent service!!

Super easy and intuitive to use, but this tech dummy couldn't quite figure out how to do a tiered discount for the first time, so RG from support jumped straight in to help! He not only set up the tiers to exactly my specification, he created a video showing me step by step what he did for next time, AND took the time to test all three tiers and the exclusion on the video as well! Above and beyond on the service side of things and I'm sure the app itself will be a game changer for us going forward. Thanks again RG, you're a legend!

Spent a lot of time looking for an app that could suitably add a free gift to the customer's basket upon the inputting of a discount code. Presently, this is the only app on Shopify that does so. And it does so impeccably. The app takes a bit of getting your head round (or it did for me), so set aside a little set up time to play and/or watch the tutorials on Youtube. Once customised, the app looks and acts seamlessly, integrating perfectly into the build. Our site is also very specifically themed, so I'm really impressed. Also like the success fee and think commission is a fairer way of doing business in regards apps. There were some frustrating points in the installation, but rapid support was on hand, even over new years eve. This app is definitely worth any potential minor initial legwork. You won't regret it. 5 Stars from us. Thanks so much.

Great app. It has made it super easy to do what we needed. PLUS, amazing support. I communicated the urgency in getting something fixed and not only did the team help, they also addressed other items that would have been affected and took the initiative to help with that. Awesome app with a lot of different options and configurations! The user experience for both the shop owner when setting up a promotion as well as your potential customer purchasing a product is very well thought through and comfortable. Getting in touch with support was easy and extremely fast. We had a question and help was on the way quicker than we had ever imagined. Everything was taken care of and the app is working just great. Highly recommend using this app for your promotions!

I set up an automatic discount applier for my subscription business, but it didn't work for first time visitors and I lost out on several conversions because of this. This tool works sometimes, but misses the mark most of the time.

Thank you for your review. We tried looking for an email or ticket created by your store but we weren't able to find anything. We don't see any promotions created in the app either (probably deleted by now). If you could reach out to us and tell us what didn't work exactly we could try helping out. Judging by the promotion you described "first time visitors" makes me think that you wanted to make a promotion that applies to customers who didn't make any other order. Since our app does not run on the checkout page, the only way we could apply it, is if the customer is already logged in before reaching checkout, or to make the discount code specific to a customer segment "New customer". We do have an information box inside the app explaining how it works in case you make promotions based on customer properties, but that information could easily be missed which might of caused this behaviour in the app. If you reach out to [email protected] we could help you properly set it up so this case does not happen. There are multiple ways to achieve the promotion using our app and one of them will surely work for your store as well.

We have received the worst service in the last three months, and if we had zero stars, I would take it in a heartbeat. Their apps charge high commissions and give very poor service. They charge commission for all the orders in our store that use promo codes, even though these orders and discounts are not generated by their APP. They wrongly collect over a thousand dollars, and this error continues. They always tell you that we are trying to fix this BUG, but in fact they do nothing, they continue this error every day. They promised to refund the money, but soon after they made the payment, they complained to PayPal to refund them. They did all this without any communication or explanation to us. Now they have got the refund back, and their mistake is still continuing. Keep your eyes peeled, users, and double-check your bills. What happened to us may be happening to you, too, but you may not be aware of it.

We quickly fixed that bug and have been trying to refund you the money you lost ever since. The bug remains fixed and the money's been automatically returned back to us through Paypal each time, and we've received no reply from you when attempting to contact you about this over email.
