I've been using this Shopify app for a few months now, and while every app can have occasional bugs or hiccups, what truly sets this one apart is their exceptional customer support. Every time I’ve encountered a technical issue, big or small, their team has been incredibly responsive, helpful, and available, often resolving problems faster than expected. A special shoutout to Jonas, who has been absolutely amazing in helping me troubleshoot and fix bugs. His professionalism, speed, and attention to detail made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. In a fast-paced ecommerce environment, knowing there’s a reliable team behind the app makes all the difference. Their dedication to fixing bugs promptly and making sure everything runs smoothly has saved me a lot of stress and downtime. Amazing app, I originally installed 4 different B2B apps to test, the features and support for BSS, B2B Pricing and Lock are by far the best available. Don't bother with other apps, just work with the BSS team and you won't regret it!

The app works very well. It has a lot of functions. But those I appreciated more, it is the support. Emma and the tech team have satisfied our requests to customize the theme in short time. I suggest this app to who has needs to work with b2b.

The pricing structure of this app forces you to pay for the highest tier just to get all of the most basic features you should have for B2B. The ability to provide customers with tax exempt status is basic in B2B but you cannot offer that unless you are on the highest paid plan. Hopefully the devs see this review and adjust things, but based on the other reviews, it does not appear they will make any adjustments to the pricing tiers.

Switched over after the update to Shopify Markets which rendered all other B2B apps obsolete. The app works. The team is incredibly helpful with the full installation and knowledgeable of the nitty-gritty of the app.

5 stars for the exemplary customer service and ease of app. Am somewhat cautions as I JUST started using, may revisit in a few months and share my experience. First impression - I would recommend for a start-up wholesale. The app is relatively straightforward, the customer service is outstanding, and it is proving to meet my needs.

After spending an entire day trying to troubleshoot an issue with the discount code field disappearing during checkout, Jonas from the BSS support team resolved it in under 10 minutes. He immediately understood the problem, knew exactly what needed to be done, and guided me on applying the fix without any back-and-forth. Incredibly efficient and knowledgeable. Our store isn't compatible with the app and they weren't willing to help us unless we uninstalled other apps we currently use (we are unable to uninstall those apps). We paid $50 for the app, had it less than 24 hours, and they refused to refund us. We really wanted to work with the development team to make this app work for us, but it is unfortunate they were not willing to issue a refund.

Very helpful app and great and quick support. - Registration form incl. upload option for files - Customer e-mails with information on registration upon activation - The option to set up tax exemptions We are very satisfied! In the future, it will hopefully be possible to import prices so that they don't have to be maintained manually and the multilingualism needs to be expanded.

Terrible app, it is very complicated to set up and the support team took a long time to respond. If you use a custom theme, you need a special developer to implement the functions of the app. There is also no way to NOT charge a wholesale customer the VAT fee. When you apply a % discount for a customer across different markets, you need to manually enter a custom pricing for each product price, because the app is not able to automatically calculate the discounted price without the VAT %. We have wasted so many days trying to fix this and get this to work, all to no avail. You are much better off handling the orders manually or try out another app.
