Because Shopify does not offer options for B2B sales (unless you use Shopify Plus), we were looking for a solution. Our desire was to serve both our retail customers and our B2B customers in one environment. Fortunately, after some research, we found the app BSS B2B & Wholesale Solution that allowed us to make this happen. The support is excellent! Whenever we contacted through the BSS Solutions app, Jonas always responded quickly and very helpfully. Our questions were answered almost immediately and any problems quickly resolved. If we had to mention some cons, it is that for creating and/or sending invoices you still need to find an external app or create the invoices manually. Furthermore, you need at least the Advanced Plan if you want to reverse VAT and at least Platinum if you want to set custom prices for different product variants and/or collections. All in all, this doesn’t make the app cheap, but it is still a lot cheaper than the Shopify Plus Plan.

We got this app as we needed a solution for seamless B2B purchasing. This has been the best app we have come across - professional - seamless and works wonders for our business. Not only that the team even did some custom work for us EXACTLY how we wanted them to do without hesitation. I started using BSS B2B to streamline our wholesale orders and manage B2B customer relationships more efficiently. I really like the intuitive custom pricing options, and how easy it is to set customer-specific rules. These features have saved me hours every week. We’ve reduced manual errors, and our wholesale partners can now place orders themselves. I also used a uncommon theme and the support team was quick to help here. I am extremely thankful for their support and their apps. I would never use anything else to set up a proper B2B store.

Nice App, works very well with my theme. I used Net terms and Custom pricing and is very friendly and usefull. I needed a little help in cart page and the support team respond very quickly.

We were looking for an alternative to the Shopify Plus plan for our online store, specifically to support our B2B operations – and with this app, we’ve pretty much found it. It covers almost all the features needed to run a professional B2B shop. One of our favorite features is the ability to fully customize the checkout process. For example, orders can be reviewed again before being finalized, which is crucial for our B2B workflows. Additionally, the app allows us to define custom shipping rules and offers many other powerful functions that help tailor the store to our needs. What really stands out, though, is the customer support: whenever we’ve had a question, someone has responded via chat within two minutes, fast, friendly, and always helpful. Highly recommended!!

Die App ist wirklich super man kann auch Kundenspezifische Hausrabatte einspielen diese werden in jedem Produkt angezeigt und auch beim Checkout außerdem ist der Support wirklich unfassbar schnell und prima.

The Custom Pricing function in BSS is very powerful, allowing me to easily offer special discounts to my customers, which is very helpful in increasing order volume. Outstanding support from customer service Emma and the technical team! When I reported an issue, they responded immediately and followed up to ensure everything worked perfectly. Their fast, professional after-sales service makes this app stand out. Highly recommended!

The BSS app made it really easy to add B2B to our Shopify store. Wholesale customers could register easily and access trade pricing. Jonas and the team have been very supportive, ready to help with any questions I have. Highly recommend.

Good app, however, it didn't work right away when I installed it. I had to contact their technical team, but they were very responsive, so no issues there. Just a little pricey too. Aside from these two points, it's a 5-star rating.
