This was our first time building a B2B Shopify store using the BSS B2B app, and while it was a learning curve at first, the live chat support team made the process so much smoother. Selina and Emma have been incredibly helpful, resolving our issues efficiently and providing excellent support every step of the way. We couldn’t recommend the app enough!

This is a great Wholesale app. The support team is extremely helpful and has solved any issue and answered every question in a timely manner. They are very nice and patient, especially if you are new to the process. Emma was super sweet and helpful. She even offered to check my settings and then gave me some helpful tips to improve our customers' experiences.

This app is good. A lot of customizations that you can add to your store in order to sell to B2B customers right away. Not all features are self adjustable, but customer support is very helpful and attentive. Emma from support really helped a lot with everything we needed.

Update as of May 1st Emma was quite helpful last week. She addressed all our concerns and helped us set up this app to work properly. we have been testing it for a few days and it works perfectly fine now. At first, communication was an issue but she was understanding and helpful. EXTREMELY UNHELPFUL SUPPORT TEAM - Update as of 3/20/25 It almost feels like a prank how they are avoiding to help you after you ask them for something, at 1am they email you saying '' do you really confirm this action?'' and when you confirm it they say they can't do it. They spam your email at 1 in the morning saying they can't help you because it's their lunchtime. They beg for reviews, this is my third time editing this review as it's impossible to get help without leaving a bad review. The app keeps crashing - especially if you have large amount of items. For an app that's so expensive, it's ridiculous how unhelpful they are. Update as of 2/20/25 : They ignore our support requests. We are using the platinum plan ($100 a month). We have been trying to reach them for the past few days through in-app chatbox, email and whatsapp yet Selina keeps ignoring them.

We only use a very small part of what this solution offers in total. That however works very well. The support from the team and their devs is outstanding and probably the biggest reason to recommend the app.

The app works really well for us, but the real stars here are the support team! Jonas went above and beyond to help me this morning with a shipping issue I thought was related to BSS. It turned out to be caused by another app, but that didn’t stop Jonas from dedicating his time to finding a solution. He was patient, thorough, and incredibly supportive - he genuinely couldn’t do enough to assist me. I’m so grateful for the effort he put in, and it’s refreshing to see such outstanding customer service. Huge thanks to Jonas and the team!
