A great cost effective way to do B2B without having a massive budget; these guys have been great in helping with the installation, any bug fixes and all my questions from someone who doesn't understand all the tech jargon at all. They have been quick to reply and quick to fix all the issues I had, sometimes even on the weekends! Highly recommended

We used BSS Commerce to create a B2B portal for our online shop. This is the best app for our shop and there are so many settings and configurations you can adjust - depending on your billing plan of course. everything works seamlessly and when it doesn't, their support is super knowledgable and quick with a solution. Jonas from the team has been the biggest help! I could not have achieved anything without his support and I would still be there struggling. Just a heads up: their contact hours may not be aligned with your working hours - since they are based in Vietnam- but you will ALWAYS have the answer waiting for you the next day. And when online, they answer super quickly! I can suggest this app to anyone who wants to integrate b2b into their shop.

Unfortunately, we have to revise our review after using the app for about seven months. The app keeps making errors when displaying prices. Additionally, handling VAT is a problem, since there are many different VAT rates across Europe, which has repeatedly caused issues with calculating the net price. We had to submit so many support tickets—far too many—that we ultimately uninstalled the app today, since support was unable to provide a definitive solution. It’s of no use to us if the app has a lot of features but the most essential ones don’t work properly. Our earlier positive review was written during the testing phase, which involved only customers in Germany; once we went live, the issues with European merchants began to surface. For the price, we expected more. ______________ This app was recommended to us, and I have to say, we have not been disappointed. The app can do everything you need for B2B customers and is well structured. It's great that this app is regularly updated with new features. I would like to mention Jonas, who helped us quickly and comprehensively with the setup. Many thanks to Jonas and the whole team for your support.

Great app with a lot of functions that makes it easier and more cost effective compared to the higher price for getting the same functions with shopify. We have used it for our B2B sales and creating various price groups which have been great! Again, Jonas in the support is very helpful when questions arise.
