We use BSS to allow small stores to wholesale our products. You can add important features like file upload requirements (W9, etc) and the entire process is VERY simple. Jonas is amazing and always available to help if any questions come up!

Great app, very helpful! I think the features are fairly comprehensive and they give you everything you would need to run a wholesale component to your store. Features were developed thoughtfully and the support team is pretty on top of anything you need. A lot of the functionality is also intuitive and makes it easy to navigate the UX. Highly recommend if you're exploring wholesale

The app is incredibly easy and intuitive to use, offering a wide range of features essential for B2B sales, including the ability to set different prices for various customer groups. What truly sets this app apart, however, is its VAT exemption feature. It allows specific customers to be designated for VAT-exempt export sales, vastly simplifying our export processes. The support alone is worth subscribing and has been outstanding! Emma and her team promptly resolved any issues we encountered, providing bespoke solutions that were both visually appealing and technically precise, ensuring the app met all our requirements perfectly. To complete a comprehensive B2B offer on our website, we also subscribed to another app by BSS - B2B Lock to create exclusive pages visible only to our B2B customers. Highly recommended!

We use this app to facilitate many parts of our store. Over 350 custom tiered pricing rules for normal and b2b customers, b2b program enrollment, custom list prices for specific customers, and more. Every time we've run into technical issues the team has successfully helped resolve them. Also, there are regular app functionality updates which gives us new options and comfort that the app is well supported.
