Downloaded the app for the 14 day free trial and the app won't even let me use any of the features unless I pay for the services. How am I supposed to know if I like it, if I can't even set anything up such as wholesale forms, wholesale pricing, etc. Uninstalled after using for only about 15 minutes.

I have just installed this app and the customisation process has been very smooth. Emma has been fantastic, answering my requests very quickly and understanding my needs. I have used other wholesale apps in the past which were either complicated or had a poor customer service so I can compare! I really recommend it.

Support team is amazing! The app was a little hard to install on your own if you don't know much about coding, but the team can install everything for you or fix problems with features you turned on. All in all, really great app and support team!

Best service of any app I've used so far. They've helped customize several aspects of what we need and the auto-tagging features saved a ridiculous amount of time so we can generate reports based on wholesale vs retail orders instead of Shopify's native reports that don't have enough customization for our setup.

Lots of options and configurability which allow for almost unending possibilities when offering discounts and shipping options to customers. Technical support is very knowledgeable and quick to provide solutions.

We use BSS to allow small stores to wholesale our products. You can add important features like file upload requirements (W9, etc) and the entire process is VERY simple. Jonas is amazing and always available to help if any questions come up!
