This app works great and saved us money. Their tech support is excellent you just need some patience with the time difference but they have helped me get everything running well. We are also suing their B2B Login Access Management app.

Great app which helped us to get our complex B2B-pricing structure live. Also the functions for creating forms including VAT-Validation is very useful. In addition, the customer support of the developers of that app is insane. Especially, customer supporter Steph does it fast and competent! Many thanks for that app!

5/5 Stars!! This B2B App works well on all ends and has many features that are pretty useful for a B2B Shop. We use the custom pricing as well as the quantity break pricing and everything is working fluently with the Shopify checkout. The registration process is great too, we can approve a customer, before he can buy at a discounted price. The Support and Developer Team is simply great, too! Steph and her Team were exceptional in customizing the App to our needs. They answered really quick and could manage all our input. Leorio did a great job in every aspect and could solve every customization that we needed (he worked overtime to help us!!). On the whole, this B2B Wholesale Solution is an absolute recommendation, if you want to customize your B2B shop to your needs. The price is absolutely fair for the great features they offer!

Customer Service is great. We ran into a small issue with the app and they had the issue fixed within the next few days. The app has great features and is very useful for any business looking for B2B custom pricing on Shopify.

I use the app to setup different discount and pricing for our B2B and wholesale customers. It has a wide range of possibilities and whenever I didn't know how to make it work, June and Joy of the customer service was there 24/7 to help and get me going again. If you need an app to setup different discounts or QB, this is the perfect app for it. Even after an update, they were there to help with a problem and it was fixed within an hour.

The application worked decently (was a bit slow showing prices at times), but two time updates were made to the application which made our site unusable and we lost many sales. These updates seemed to have been pushed live without much testing from the BSS team. We contacted the BSS team and they were unaware that their application broke our site checkout. They stated that their app was not responsible. 4 days later, they followed back up and said they in fact did see multiple errors in the B2B/Wholesale app that caused our site to break. After issues like this happened twice, we pulled the application from our site because it was not worth the risk of it constantly breaking and bringing down our site.

I have just been set up with this app and I am amazed with the features. I love the embedded sign up form option, it was exactly what I was looking for. I also had a wonderful experience with customer service, I had quick responses and so help with the installation.

Great app, allows us to sell both to b2b customers and b2c customers. custom pricing options are endless and easily did everything we need. Team were fantastic in getting our store set up and running as part of the plan. Any problems they have dealt with fast and effectively. We also paid extra and had some store customization work done at the same time, fantastic service from Stephanie and all at BSS. No quibbles at all!
