The support for this plugin is fantastic. A solution is always found and you always get a quick response. Customised conditions and rules make it so easy to use. Shipping costs can be assigned per customer group. We chose this plugin mainly because of the customised prices. The customer management is easy to configure. We are currently in the process of integrating BSS B2B Solutions into our shop and are very satisfied.

The App is very nice! But the Support is even better! Very fast responding! Casey and Joy helped me out to solve some bugs in the code i made and also custom coded some things i needed. I can really recommend this app and much more the support! Other App owners can take a look at them, how a real good support should work! Many thanks! :)

Absolutely fantastic app for B2B functionality on Shopify! It works seamlessly and has all the features we needed—but what really sets it apart is the outstanding customer support. The customer service (especially Louis) from BSS is outstanding – responses are fast, knowledgeable, and genuinely friendly. Even with more complex requests like customizations or tax display issues in the B2B setup, the support team takes the time to provide clear solutions and guides you step by step through the process. You feel taken seriously and professionally supported – a true highlight of this app. We still have a few topics where we hope for a more satisfying solution in the future, but we are currently in the testing phase and fully satisfied so far.
