The support is amazing, very quick and straight to the point. There are many many options and if there is something you cant do yourself the support staff will make sure it will happen. Shout out to Emma!

We've been using the BSS B2B & Wholesale Solution App and are truly impressed – especially by how easy it is to use. The interface is well-organized, and core features like tiered pricing, customer groups, and registration forms are quick to set up. Even without technical expertise, it's simple to get started and manage everything. What really stands out, though, is the exceptional support. No matter how big or small the question, the support team is always extremely responsive and helpful. We’d especially like to mention Raymond and Anne – both are incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and truly dedicated. They take the time to provide clear instructions (often with screenshots or videos) and are always focused on finding the right solution. This app is a real gem for anyone working in B2B on Shopify – highly recommended!

The app is very complex and unfortunately quite confusing to navigate. The user interface lacks clarity, making it difficult to find specific features or settings without spending a considerable amount of time exploring. This steep learning curve may be frustrating, especially for users who expect a more intuitive experience. While the support team is generally friendly and tries to be helpful, they often seem to lack the necessary knowledge to resolve even basic issues, particularly when it comes to more advanced questions about the app or Shopify in general. Communication can also be challenging, as their English skills are sometimes limited, leading to misunderstandings or incomplete answers.

There are many B2B Apps out there but this is undoubtedly the best. So lets get into the details: 1.) The App covers almost all functions necessary in order to run a B2B Shopify Store if not all of them. It offers so much we had to slowly expand the feature set and are finding new gems every time we visit the app. 2.) It is highly customizable. You can tailor it exactly to your needs even assigning different priorities to discount rules for instance to make sure the customer gets the best deal available to them under your applied rules. 3.) You can translate everything that is visible to the customer in your language of choice. But the biggest selling point of this app is not the app itself but the people behind it. This is by far the best customer support we ever had with any Shopify app. They go above and beyond to help you with any kind of questions or inquiries. No matter if you need installation of functions on your specific theme or you want someone to check if the pricing rule you have setup is setup correctly. Their support is better than most paid supports we ever encountered and is above all free! To make my point clear: If you are looking for a B2B App you will be well of with this one. Lastly, thanks Emma for your ongoing great support and patience. And thanks to your IT-Team.

The app provides a fine user experience for offering various discounts (custom pricing) to different business customers of ours. Emma has always been there for when we had questions or something needed to be adjusted, thanks!

Selina and Jonas are spectacular at what they do! Selina reached out to me outside of her normal business hours to try and assess my situation and offer her help. While I unfortunately couldn’t respond in a timely manner, she sent me instructions on how to resolve my issue. Soon after, once back in regular hours, Jonas followed up to ensure I got the assistance I needed. They were both very friendly and helpful, ensuring I knew the process to resolve my issue and offered their support should I need more assistance. Jonas responded to my emails incredibly quickly and my issue was resolved in no time! They worked as a very strong team and I had no issues working with two people. I didn’t need to repeat myself or go through any steps multiple times. Tremendous service and they made everything so easy!! Thank you Selina and Jonas!

The support for this plugin is fantastic. A solution is always found and you always get a quick response. Customised conditions and rules make it so easy to use. Shipping costs can be assigned per customer group. We chose this plugin mainly because of the customised prices. The customer management is easy to configure. We are currently in the process of integrating BSS B2B Solutions into our shop and are very satisfied.
