Not working together with their own partner app OPTIS. so often that custom could not check out. support not believing there is a problem and want videos. frustrating. Going with other, cheaper AND better apps now.

I've been using this Shopify app for a few months now, and while every app can have occasional bugs or hiccups, what truly sets this one apart is their exceptional customer support. Every time I’ve encountered a technical issue, big or small, their team has been incredibly responsive, helpful, and available, often resolving problems faster than expected. Amazing app, I originally installed 4 different B2B apps to test, the features and support for BSS, B2B Pricing and Lock are by far the best available. Don't bother with other apps, just work with the BSS team and you won't regret it!

The app works very well. It has a lot of functions. But those I appreciated more, it is the support. Emma and the tech team have satisfied our requests to customize the theme in short time. I suggest this app to who has needs to work with b2b.

The pricing structure of this app forces you to pay for the highest tier just to get all of the most basic features you should have for B2B. The ability to provide customers with tax exempt status is basic in B2B but you cannot offer that unless you are on the highest paid plan. Hopefully the devs see this review and adjust things, but based on the other reviews, it does not appear they will make any adjustments to the pricing tiers.

Switched over after the update to Shopify Markets which rendered all other B2B apps obsolete. The app works. The team is incredibly helpful with the full installation and knowledgeable of the nitty-gritty of the app.
