Love this app! Since using Live Chat, traffic has gone up. I am able to have more engagement with customers. If I get someone on live chat, 99% of the time I get a sale from that engagement. My business is very consultative. This app is easy to use, personalize and customize to your business. It helps me to see where customers are from, what they are typing so I can respond quickly. I wish all business used this app. You need this app if you want to grow your business.

Earlier I was Using Tidio, it was very limited, Later some Shopify Expert recommended it & I Installed it. Since than I m in love with it. Bought License Account as soon as my trail expired. Highly recommended App.

We love using Chatra for our store -- ever since we added it, we've gotten a huge increase in sales. Customers like being able to reach out to us right away without going anywhere else, and we use everything that Chatra has to offer. Thank you for this wonderful program!

After using a ton of live chat apps on my store https://getart.in, I have zeroed in down on Chatra. It is the best that is available on the store hands down!! Kudos to the Chatra team!!

Ok. This app is #%*ing awesome! I love it! The level of information is provides on users currently on my page is ridiculous. It give me realtime tools to help answer my customers inquiries and even steer them into purchases. One sale at a time has always been my motto and this app allows it. Great work. Recommendations: Not sure if and how I can point to a product page during a conversation? The ability to add pre-written responses from the chat box would be great.

The best Shopify app I have ever used it drives sales every day and improves customer service also. It is a no-brainer, I was an Olark customer for many years but Chatra is without a doubt better due to its, ease of use, functionality and service.

Amazing App! We love the adjusted auto targeting, and that you can change the automated target to trigger only if you are online.

Fantastic app! I tried a few other live chat apps, but this is the best I have found! Would highly recommend!
