I absolutely love Chatra! It is an affordable option for live chat, and once you learn all it's potential, it's incredibly useful. I would say our conversions have doubled since installing this - being able to answer questions while people are on the site helps seal the deal. :) Plus, Chatra integrates with the Apple Watch!

Very impressed so far. Several very useful functions such as repeating alarm notification - previous chats appearing above your conversation etc. I have used a number of chat services and this one is a perfect blend between affordability and great function. Works beautifully in tandem with my mobile too - All very seemless and I love the fact even the alarm tone is the same. It all makes a difference and improves the experience. Customer interface is very clear - and pro - active rules ensure I pop up to help my customers at the right moments - Cannot fault it.

Work very well. Don't have to pay extra for more than 1 store. Advanced featured are very nice too.

This app is amazing. I can't tell you how awesome and insightful it has been to have the ability to track each visitor as they come to our site! IN REAL TIME. Yes i know google analytics does this as well, however! Chatra actually alerts you when someone is on your site! It gives location, and how they were referred to your website ie, google, pinterest, instagram, facebook, bing.. you name it. But most importantly, customers can get answers to their questions immediately. We are solely an online store, so for us, our customer service better be top notch! Thanks to this app, it is:)

We've used the app for about a year now and up until about a month ago it worked great. Lately the app has been very buggy. It will randomly crash and you will need to reopen and login. The app is also recognizing customers on the site about 30-60 seconds after they have actually joined the site which is going to throw off any timed triggers you have set. We have dealt with that but today the app is running so slow that customer chats are taking MINUTES to come through to us. Our responses are even showing as "not seen" even though the customer is responding to them. This is a huge issue because customers expect quick responses and unfortunately has resulted in loss sales for us. For $19/month for 1 user these types of issues should not be happening. Anytime you contact support they can't offer a fix. My recommendation is to try a different app first.

Simply brilliant. Easy to set up and really works. I love that you can see what the user is typing before they press send so that you can prepare your response. Brilliant feature that allows you to see who is online and what page they are on so you can start a chat.

The product has amazing potential, but the SW is not fully functional and has quite a few glitches that are confusing or upsetting customers. IE - the programmed triggers don't adhere to the master business hour schedule and often times I get chat messages from my other agents. Also, the desktop and mobile do not communicate properly. IE - you have to be logged onto both at a time, which makes a lot of system delays and overkill on having too many agents on one call. Good plans, smart company, but the software is not ready for a large business with a lot of traffic.

We had to select from different developers, and we chose Chatra, it works very well with our requirements, especially since English is not our first language, it is very ease to edit, or simply use it as is. Thanks to the whole team and looking forward to utilize your apps in our store.

I never thought how useful could be this app and Im so happy to get it! I being closing more sales via chatra than email as the quick response is amazing for our customers. We are so happy with this and we really recommend it. It helps a lot that you can install it on your phone so you dont miss anything!

We've been using Chatra for aaaaages and it is easy to install and even easier to use. The app is great as well, as it means we can be available to our customers no matter where we are. This is an effective app that has heaps of free functions and even more once you shift onto a paid plan. Thanks Chatra! <3
