This App is awesome, I was looking for the perfect way to communicate with my costumers in real time and this was by far the best.

We've been using Chatra for a month or so and we can't say anything bad about this App at all. It greatly helped us connect with our customers, especially those new customers that just found our website and were interested in our products. Chatra enables us to answer questions from curious customers as well as improve our communication to all other customers. Its feature of allowing us to reply either instantly via chat or via email helps us balance things and not get flooded with a lot of messages.

We are using the paid plan on Chatra and we are quite happy how it works. The support is immediate and it is very straightforward. We are looking forward for all the new changes and for the option to add files and pictures on mobile and desktop.

We've been using chatra on our site for a long time now and never had any issues. We use only the bare basics however the features available to us is a plenty. We highly recommend chatra to anyone looking for a live chat feature on their website.

We have been using Chatra now for over a year and have been extremely happy with it. Their customer service (what little we have used it) has been great and very helpful. The product itself has many options and is easy to use. I can think of no reason to use any other chat app. We're vary happy with Chatra.

We've tried every chat app for Shopify, and Chatra is hands down the best! It's personal, has a beautiful interface, and most importantly, has directly increased our sales. Customers love using it when they have a small question before ordering and can see that someone is online to answer it quickly.

Works exactly the way we want. Already thousands in sales and quotes requested from this app. I would; however, recommend a more significant notification for someone in my position. I'm am doing multiple chats, emails, phone calls, deep web searches and such so sometimes the ding (I've tried them all with screen pop-ups lol) gets ignored by my brain. Everyone has different abilities to disregard sound subconsciously or may have hyper-focus and this involves the Corpus Callosum. So, if chatra company studies different ways to break through this using notifications, that would be great.

I love this application. It's really helpful to "see" people landing on our site and being able to engage them right off the bat. It does what it says it will do and that is one more thing I can check off my list and not worry about.

Easy to install, very intuitive and lots of options. Like being able to see visitors typing before sending and also what they have in their cart. Overall, I recommend this app. Live chatting with customers is a must!

The app is great and it works better than expected. The iPhone app is very useful as we are a mobile business. Tracking the history and seeing what people have in their carts is also very helpful. I've only really run into one challenge... I've been trying to find a solution to seenmlessly track users as they traverse my 2 different websites and haven't had any helpful feedback. The support reps just direct me to some code snippets but both installations were turnkey from your installers and I've not done any custom coding.

Appallingly unprofessional support interaction with a member of Chatra's "Customer Success" team, & subsequently, management. As a paid subscriber (since cancelled), I requested an unbranded chat box. This is offered on similar plans by their competitors (Tidio, Live Chat Inc., etc.) It is standard practice that, following payment for a customer engagement service, the client brand controls the front-facing aesthetics of said service as it pertains to, & interacts with, their website. As an example, Shopify provides an option to remove the "Powered by Shopify" link for paying customers. Below find Chatra's initial response to my request, verbatim: "There's currently no setting for removing the "Get ••• Chatra" branding ... We will (only) remove it if you subscribe for (an additional) 6/12-months." ... &, subsequently, a member of Chatra's management: - - Note On July 28 '17, I signed-up for a free trial, active until August 12. On August 2, I pre-subscribed to a paid plan valid from August 13 - September 12. This issue occured in the interim "free" period. Naturally, I requested a refund as our paid plan had yet to start. - - "As for the refund, unfortunately we won't be able to provide that, we have a no refund policy outlined in our terms of service. Personally I don't think that taking our reputation hostage & asking for a ransom is the good way to conduct business, but I might have misunderstood you."

The best Live Chat app I've found. Instantly get messages from people visiting your store and can use the app on your phone to communicate with them. Also have some useful upgrade features if you have decent traffic to justify it. RARR Sportswear www.rarr.com

ATTENTION! This app has far exceeded my expectations and I'm a very picky S.O.B. But I'm probably like you. When I find a product or company that I like, I look to bring them business in hope that through their success, they continue in business for my future needs also.
