Two stars for Zapiet – Rates by Zip Code We use Zapiet to charge delivery by Auckland postcode zones from one location. The app works, but the required postcode validator on the cart page adds unnecessary friction — customers must enter their postcode before checkout because Shopify’s checkout can’t natively calculate rates per zone. Support confirmed this validator can’t be hidden — it’s core to how the app works. Attempting to remove it caused our postcode-based shipping settings to be deleted. Fixing this properly requires a second Zapiet subscription, adding extra cost. Other apps, like PickEasy, handle postcode-based rates without needing a secondary app. Zapiet advertises that their pickup + delivery functionality can handle rates by zone, but in practice this is limited and still requires the validator step, making checkout more cumbersome than advertised.

This app does exactly what it promises. The front-end display looks clean, clear, and professional, which is a big plus for customers. What really stood out for me was the support. We accidentally broke something on our end, reached out, and got help almost immediately. They even logged into our store and fixed it for us — the whole thing took under 30 minutes. The chatbot is actually useful for quick issues too, and when the problem was more technical, a developer jumped in right away. Overall: solid app, great UI, and genuinely impressive support.

Worst app,it charges me money for nothing ,in the 1st month i installed and then i got 2.7k bill just for installing and let this app in my store even after clearing this bill and uninstalling the app then also i got the bill again this month f***ing shit app
Hi there — Sam here, Head of Support at Zapiet. We take claims like this very seriously, and after reviewing your account, we can confirm that Zapiet has not charged you anything. You signed up to our $29/month plan, but no invoices or charges were ever generated, and the app was uninstalled in December, which stops all billing. We have also reached out to you directly to help review the charges you mentioned, as they may be coming from another app or Shopify billing item. We are very happy to help you investigate this and clear things up, please reply to our message or contact us at [email protected] so we can resolve this with you.
