Zapiet solves my small businesses local delivery logistics issues, along with the associated communications. Allows our customers to select both pick up and delivery dates. Compared to other apps, it is easy to set up. I did it fairly quick and got it integrated into my store. The AI support Zach, is quite good. Helped my troubleshoot. Live tech support is available very quickly. I worked with Krystabel who was terrific! Recommend the app.

I was able to connect with somebody right when I was in the middle of a little crisis and Betty was so accommodating and was able to rectify the problem I was having with my rates and distance. Outstanding Support from Leo at Zapiet! I was going around in circles trying to fix a frustrating “No stores available with your item” error at checkout, and Leo jumped in with first-class support from start to finish. He patiently walked me through the issue, identified the conflict with Shopify’s native pickup option, and not only resolved it but also tidied up the flow and wording at checkout — even modifying the theme code to make everything look perfect. Genuinely one of the best support experiences I’ve had — fast, friendly, knowledgeable, and proactive. Thank you, Leo!

Had such a fantastic experience working with Jessica from the support team! Went totally ABOVE AND BEYOND helping my bakery set up the custom pickup settings we need. I highly recommend Zapiet for any business looking to set up local delivery, in-store pickup, and shipping options.
