Customer service for setting up Zapiet was INCREDIBLE!!!! I have struggled with my old system for far too long and Zapiet made it so easy and helped walk me through set-up so my online store can be successful!

She helped me throughout the process and successfully configured the local delivery and store pickup options for me. I can understand the product's logic well, but when it involves code, it gets a bit complicated. I'm very happy with the solution Jeanette found; I couldn't have done it without her support (I really couldn't have, she did it, lol).

Jayne was fantastic at supporting us when we had an issue. She took the time to explain and fix the problem and her customer service went above and beyond. We can't thank her enough. The Zapiet app works brilliantly with our Shopify store, and whenever we have had an issue (normally down to something we have done by accident) the support team is always there to help us fix it quickly.

Took a long time, but Betty was extremely helpful in sorting out our calendar widget. Which I was stumped over and experiencing issues with it, she managed to find an effective solution with our website's css code and implemented things quickly after the problem was spotted. So far our experience with Zapiet support has been great, and they work hard to solve problems that have cropped up pre and post launch of our official site.

Jessica was so helpful in troubleshooting all of the back end settings in the app, as well as configuring our google api settings to ensure our delivery services were accurate and working properly.
