First off, this is an incredible app with fantastic support. The AI agent, Zack, is impressively well-trained and was able to handle most of my questions with ease. When I needed to speak to a human, I booked a call and got connected with Jayne. She was absolutely lovely and took the time to help me with everything I needed. Great experience all around!

Betty is patient, understanding and very detailed in going through the issues I was facing. She is always responsive and provides me straight to the point solutions to tackle my problem. I have not met such responsible and good service support team like her.

Incredible app with a ton of features. Great for growing stores and the service is top notch! Update: Not only has this app been incredible since the beginning but Stephane went above and beyond to help with a necessary adjustment that I needed in order for my deliveries to run smooth. He created a workaround and spent a couple of hours with me until it was complete. Customer for life! Thank you!!

Betty, was amazing. She was patient with us and has been providing very helpful support. She is quick to respond and get on a call when needed. What stood out for us was that she had scenario demos and would create a developer store just to test the solutions before she shared them with us. She also provides recommendations beyond the issues we raised. Thank you Betty!

Working with Kitty was such a pleasure! She helped me get Zapiet implemented for our POS checkout and helped solve some technical challenges unique to our store!
