I highly recommend this company because their customer service is stellar. Of course the app is amazing and all that jazz but customer service is crucial and they know how it's done! Anytime I had any questions I can reach them via chat which is reassuring. My system wasn't working properly and Lui immediately fixed the error. He was quick and efficient:) It's one thing to have an app that works and another thing to have exceptional customer service and support!! Thank you again Lui , you are exceptional~10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

We have been using Zapiet for years across multiple businesses. However, in recent weeks, something has been happening with incorrect tagging across all our businesses. Their support is unable to fix this and responds with massive emails. Highly do not recommend this app.

We’ve checked on our side and aren’t seeing any wider issues with tagging at the moment, so this seems to be isolated to your stores. Since we don’t have access to your orders, it’s difficult for us to identify the root cause. It may be related to another app or a configuration change, but without access we can’t confirm. If you’d be open to granting us access, we’d be happy to investigate further and work with you to resolve this. We’d really value the opportunity to turn this experience around for you, especially as you’ve been a loyal customer for many years.
