Zapiet’s app has been brilliant for our store setup — powerful features, very flexible, and integrates perfectly with our workflow. What really stands out is the exceptional support. Excellent experience with customer support. Jessica went above and beyond to help set up our products and pricing. Quick, knowledgeable, and very professional. She was attentive to my website and offerings and helped customize features so it catered to our customers and offerings.

Been using this app for years and it's great - intuitive and well thought out. The support is excellent, when I often have queries they are quick to respond. Shout out to Maria who got me out of a jam recently :)

Zapiet is great! it was the only app that allowed me to customize my pickup, delivery and item availability as I wanted. The agents are awesome they will work with you on ANYTHING for a long as it takes. Jessica was able to help me get a custom plan which helped SOOO much. Betty, another agent worked with me for 3 HOURS (probably more)!!! She helped me finalize and work through the last things to finally launch my website. Betty was soo patient... my god bless her soul! I'm on the other side of the trying to staying awake while we both double check through the modifications. We all got done and I finally get to launch! Thank you to all the agents that have helped me throughout this process especially to Jessica and Betty!

This app is amazing! It does exactly what I need and more. While the tiers can be expensive, the program is pretty worth it overall. The support team in particular is amazing and very responsive. Lui did a great job resolving my issues and was super communicative!!
