Great and responsive customer service. We had several issues regarding compatibility and coding. One of the customer service reps at Zapiet was able to solve the problem over night and we are very appreciative as other delivery date & shipping apps lack some of the major features of Zapiet.

I am an online start-up bakery with one location. I migrated to Shopify because I needed future delivery, and WIX could not provide that functionality. When I arrived at Shopify, I tried an alternative delivery app, but the application did not work correctly, so I turned to Zapiet - Pickup + Delivery. I was concerned about the monthly cost of $29.99, but I was in a pinch and figured I would sort that out later. The application worked perfectly. It was easy to install and provided all the functionality I needed, plus even some I did not know I needed. In addition, online support through Chat was constructive. Getting back to the cost issue, I decided that 29.99 was too much, so I switched to another app, wrong decision. I quickly realized my mistake and went back to Zapiet. I then discovered they had started another subscription plan for a one-store operator with one location that was cheaper than my original plan. I signed back up. I had some issues with the restart, and again, Zapiet customer support (thanks, Clemancy and Stephane!) came through, and Zapiet resolved all issues quickly and efficiently. I cannot recommend this application and company highly enough.

I am a new user of Zapiet and less than 24 hours in, I am THRILLED. Beyond the fact that it provides me (a small business owner) with capabilities that Shopify does not, I needed help and Jessica (customer support) got online with me and took over - fixed what I was doing wrong (my lack of understanding, not an issue with the app), but she also taught me what went wrong so I can be self-sufficient. I am so pleased and this app is going to make a real difference to my business in 2023. Thank you!

The configuration can be a bit tricky based on your needs and what add-ons you need for rates. But the support is incredible. Some of the best product support I have received.

Support is helpful and speedy with great customer service. This is a great app if you need pre-ordering function. Just a note that has nothing to do with the service and app: I do wish the price was a bit lower as I am a small business.

Thought it was be a great app. The cost keep rising. I can not set it up. I am going with another platform.

Incompatible with other apps, poor interface, bad service and support, expensive considering all the above

They remain at your disposal even through the holiday season. The original critical issue that was affecting your store was unrelated to our app, but our support staff took it upon themselves to wake up a couple members of our Development Team in Europe and have them investigate and get a fix in place so that your store could continue functioning, with your customers being able to place orders. Best thing about this app is the support. These guys want you to be successfull and care about the customer. Pre sales, they listened to every question I had and walked me trough my product integration. Clean app. Easy to use. Gets the job done and was developed well.

Stephane, by far, has been the most helpful person in this whole experience of creating my Shopify site. I'm pretty savvy with shop design but the functionality is another animal. He went above and beyond with help solving my issues.

We have used Store Pickup + Delivery to deal with some custom shipping scenarios beyond simple store pickup. Customer and dev support has been fantastic on several occasions when we've had to make changes outside of the usual app parameters.
