Kristine is a legend! They are so helpful when it comes to their customer service, help me figure out a very complex situation that I had no idea how to navigate. Couldn't recommend them more. If you need pick up and delivery, forget everyone else.

Was facing some subscription billing charges issue as I am still testing the revamp of my website with the Zapiet App. I reached out to the supports team and Betty from support team was super quick in replies and efficient in expediting my ticket. Much appreciate! Hope when we settle with our website, the apps will run smoothly for us.

Zapiet has been a wonderful app to solve our unique shipping, local delivery, and in-store pickup options. The back end is very intuitive with lots of customization. Their support team has been amazing, especially Jeanette! She responded quickly and took the time to hop on a call with us to work through any issues we were running into.

Very responsive & helpful support - we recently ran into an issue with a different third party app (for preorders) overriding the Zapiet tags, and the support staff very promptly not only found a workaround for us but also fixed all affected orders! Incredibly happy with the quality and level of service we've been getting so far.
