I couldn’t recommend this app or the people who work on it enough. I had an issue trying to set up all products for local pickup. I spoke with Stephane who talked me through it step by step and within less than 10 minutes I knew how to do it!! So happy and impressed with the efficiency, friendliness and helpfulness of the team who work for this app. Thank you again Stephane!!

Jayne was thoroughly awesome, She helped me understand what was happening, and what had to be done. She got it done by the Zapiet Team Right away, there and then. We are now back in operation after a Shopify update knocked us out of action. Can't recommend them enough, a great app and killer support.

Zapiet is working great for our store, we had some issues with the rates by distance, and also an issue with the checkout process, but gave Flora from customer service access as a collaborator and she fixed it in about 15 minutes. Outstanding customer support, so far we havent found a problem they couldnt/didnt fix.

Works great! Game changer for this small bakery! Would love to be able to have inventory marked for specific days, but other than that it works great. Admittedly, a bit of a learning curve, but all worth it in the end!

Clemency went on and beyond helping us setup the app to workaround some basic issues with Shopify POS (two locations result in double shipping costs and no pickup availability when ordering items from both locations). Please note; this works for domestic orders only. Also helped me as the developer of the store to make sure everything worked and looked good during a team-call. Couldn't be more happy! Thank you so much for your time and clear guidence. Perfect and quick support!

J'utilise cette application pour gérer du retrait de commande dans plusieurs lieux et de la prise de rdv pour ces retraits. L'application est top et le service client aussi ! Un support en français disponible si l'on veut, Sandy a passé plus deux 2h avec moi pour configurer tout ce que j'avais besoin ! Le top !

INCREDIBLE customer experience from Lisa. 5-stars is not enough to rate her superb customer service. We are a small boutique flower store in the middle of the Pacific, but because we cannot deliver an arrangement, I contemplated jumping on a life raft to sail back to the mainland and hand deliver an arrangement to Lisa to show our appreciation for her help and support. Oh, and the app is pretty great too. Would still recommend.

In theory this app is very useful and has had intermittent periods of good function with my business - the problem right now is that it's producing terribly inaccurate information and data - scrambling pick up and delivery dates, messing up delivery addresses - it's an absolute mess for us. Be warned that you will be taking out support tickets A LOT with Zapiet. They do respond quickly, but this latest bout of issues has severely impaired my business and left me with a LOT of angry customers. They keep telling me it's Shopify's fault and that they are working together with Shopify to resolve the issues, but seriously guys - this has now impacted me and my team for months. I'm really frustrated.

Shopify deployed an update on the 14th October which resolves the issues you have been facing regarding the attribute issues. The fix has now been live for a couple of weeks and proving to work wonders! I'm truly sorry it took so long to get this issue resolved. Unfortunately in this case the timing of the solution was totally out of our control.
