Had such a fantastic experience working with Jessica from the support team! Went totally ABOVE AND BEYOND helping my bakery set up the custom pickup settings we need. Really spent the time to understand the problem and find the right solution. Plus, Jessica was quick to respond, a great communicator and had a great attitude.

We've been using Zapiet and it’s been a game changer for our business. The app itself is incredibly flexible and integrates smoothly with our Shopify store, exactly what we needed to manage complex delivery windows and location-based options. What really stands out, though, is the support team. Every time we’ve reached out, the response has been quick, professional, and genuinely helpful. I highly recommend Zapiet for any business looking to set up local delivery, in-store pickup, and shipping options. First off, this is an incredible app with fantastic support. The AI agent, Zack, is impressively well-trained and was able to handle most of my questions with ease. When I needed to speak to a human, I booked a call and got connected with Jayne. She was absolutely lovely and took the time to help me with everything I needed. Great experience all around!
