The Zapiet - Pickup + Delivery app is essential to my store, and I continue to be happy with the functionality and customer service. The team is responsive and incredibly helpful - I recently dealt with both Gabriel and Betty, and they were quick to escalate and resolve my integration issue. Overall, the app makes the day-to-day functioning of my business so much easier and saves a lot of back and forth with customers about delivery.

We use this app across all our stores as we use multiple carriers and different delivery days for each. Easy to use, works perfectly for us, has majorly improved our customer experience, and their support is always very helpful when we come across issues or need to see how it can integrate with apps we add on.

She was very helpful. The Doordash Integration however is frustrating. Doordash has no record of my account, so our orders aren't showing up for them. But the actual Zapiet support has been helpful
