Just experienced a wonderful level of service, which can only describe as astonishing. After making a terrible error in removing the app in question. I was fortunate enough to stumble onto Betty. Her thoroughness, patience and attention to detail to ensure that I, a complete novice to both Zaplet and Shopify, was 2nd to none. She managed to reinstate my settings and also tweak my configuration to meet my requirements. She was an absolute life saver, as my foolishness around removing the app, rendered my Shopify platform inoperable. A valuable asset she is, to both Zaplet and Shopify. Thank you Betty.

We used to have a calendar app that wasn't connected to Shopify's checkout. So customers had to choose the delivery method twice, at the cart page and at the checkout. This was very confusing and customers would often choose one method at the cart and a different one at checkout. With Zapiet this doesn't happen, when customers select one delivery method, it carries to the checkout. The support I received was amazing, everyone was very helpful and I managed to install it without having to pay someone to do it. It's easy to set up and use. Special thanks to Klaudia!

The customer service that we received from Stephane today was very clear and helpful. This app allows our bakery to run efficiently with date restrictions and preparation times. It is important for us to have these functions since all of our products are perishable.

I was shocked by the number of installs, reviews, and the kind of app behavior when I installed it in my store. Firstly, I kept on trying to insert my Google API. It took about 40 mins to sync and authenticate; I kept texting customer support, and they saw my texts (status: seen, but no reply). Secondly, This app blocked my entire checkout function; their functionality would not load anywhere and freezes the scroll and checkout. I have a basic theme from Shopify, and this app could not install itself correctly. The developers should ensure such problems do not arise for paid users and strengthen your support. Thanks

Excellent customer service from Betty. To be honest, I was a bit frustrated because I had already lost some time trying to get in touch with support. I would send a message, and by the time they responded, I would no longer be in the office, and this went on for a day (which, those of us in e-commerce, know is a lot of time). And then Betty appeared! She was really attentive, helped me very quickly, and I also noticed that they have much more documentation than before. She sent me very well-explained tutorials, and I would make the updates right at that moment. I've been using the app for several years with another website, and I hadn't needed to seek support in years. But now, with this new website, I had to contact them, and I was very satisfied. Highly recommend - I was having difficulty setting up my complex delivery configuration for my online store and Zapiet solved all my problems. The dev and support team at Zapiet are extremely helpful and responsive, they guided me through the process with patience and clarity.

This is a great app. As a small business owner, the amount of apps needed to run your store to compete with the big businesses is beyond overwhelming and time consuming. So when you come across incredible customer service of an app that goes above and beyond like Diego from Zapiet did - it is life changing. I cannot thank him enough for all the help, amount of time he spent helping me and quick response to my emails for all the issues I was having setting this up. Thank you Diego - you are the best - Zapiet is beyond lucky to have you on board :)

Amazing support, had a complicated issue that took a lot of digging to resolve. At first I thought I'd have to work with the issue being present but Diego from Zapiet gave me an awesome service and found a solution. Exceeded my expectations. Would 100% recommend!

This app is the best, so much better than the native basic instore pickup feature in Shopify. You have way more control over things and the support from Zapiet was killer. They helped me get it dialed in fast and even fixed a few things to improve the customer experience that they noticed like instead of "shipping" it said "instore pickup" etc. That stuff was broken from another app I installed and they not only noticed it but updated it for us. Good peeps, great app.
