We use this app across all our stores as we use multiple carriers and different delivery days for each. Easy to use, works perfectly for us, has majorly improved our customer experience, and their support is always very helpful when we come across issues or need to see how it can integrate with apps we add on.

She was very helpful. The Doordash Integration however is frustrating. Doordash has no record of my account, so our orders aren't showing up for them. But the actual Zapiet support has been helpful

This app lets you set up multiple pickup and delivery options for your products. The thing I like the most is how helpful the support assistance is. They are quick to put a real person in the chat, if you're not understanding the help articles they send (which are also quite helpful), and the real human that you talk to actually takes the time to understand your business to help you create the right settings.
