I am so impressed with customer support. I was having issues installing everything properly. We are a flower and gift shop and we need to be able to offer delivery/pick up and shipping. We also have charges for delivery based on zip code. It's a bit complicated and Zapiet jumped on and helped me work through everything so that it not only functions the way we need but it also looks great and is intuitive for the customer. Highly recommend!

A supremely useful app. We mainly use the scheduler feature but it's essential for our shop. This group has easily some of the very best customer support as well, so if you have questions or any issues you can expect personable, considerate and thorough support pretty much any time of day. Really great!

There was an issue with the functionality of my website that appeared to be Zapiet related. It wasn’t, but the support person Manuel went over and above to assist with solving the code issue. Zapiet customer support is fabulous, and the app is great too.

The Zapiet - Pickup + Delivery app is essential to my store, and I continue to be happy with the functionality and customer service. The team is responsive and incredibly helpful - I recently dealt with both Gabriel and Betty, and they were quick to escalate and resolve my integration issue. Overall, the app makes the day-to-day functioning of my business so much easier and saves a lot of back and forth with customers about delivery.
