The Zapiet team is absolutely amazing. Today I added a new Pick up location to my online store and was having trouble with it actually showing up. I worked with Jessica with online support, and she immediately fixed the bug and restored the online shop to show the new location at Check Out. The team has always been super quick to respond and extremely helpful. They are also great at following up for bigger issues and offering other solutions. Love this app!

Strongly recommend it to someone who wants to run an online store seriously. 1. Very clear instructions/ user manual provided, Not only general instructions on setting up the app but also a lot of details that will be encountered in use. 2. Their customer support is responsive and able to provide effective solutions 3. This app offers a lot of functionality which is presented by a clear, easy to use module

A very helpful app that enables our store to have some necessary functionalities which Shopify doesn't offer. The support team is also extremely helpful, we had a lot of questions at the beginning but all were solved :)

Support team is great however, we have been experiencing some issues related to updates by Shopify that have led to bugs and downtime. When it's working, it works great.
Hi Shawn, Thank you for taking the time to leave us your honest and thorough feedback. The issue you experienced with rates, is caused by an update made by Shopify. Shopify has changed the format they send some product data to us in the carrier request so our system was no longer able to process the request properly resulting in rates failing. This affected other apps as well. As soon as we become aware of the issue, we posted about it on our status page advising merchants to use static rates until Shopify resolves the issue: https://status.zapiet.com/ If there is anything we can do to assist in the meantime, please do let us know and we would be absolutely delighted to help. It's great. Adds a functionality that is oddly missing out of the box with Shopify. But Zapiet knocks it out of the park with lots of features and functions. It might be a tad complicated to set up, but the support team is always there to help.

Amazing app, and amazing team ! Customer support is incredible! They were able to help me implement custom condition in less than 24h. The condition I was looking for was not readily available through the app, therefore they had to created one for me. To be precise, we were able to create a condition where: x item can't be sold if y item is not in the cart. So thankful for their help ! Update: June 7 2022, Had another issue, and it was solved within the hour ! Honestly, the best customer service out there!

This app has literally transformed my website! Not only has it offered my customers the ease of scheduling pick ups and deliveries, but the customer service is top notch! I have used this app for years, since the days when it was just starting, and to see it improve over the years as it adjusts to the demands of shopkeepers has just been phenomenal. I am impressed that their customer service now extends beyond the european time zones. Klaudia has been a tremendous help this evening as I worked through configuring the language around my customer checkout experience. She stayed with me even though I had to take an hour break from my computer to help my kids! That is unheard of! It's nearly impossible to get the same person in dealing with any sort of customer support these days, which usually means you are explaining your situation to five different people. Klaudia walked me through everything so patiently. I always appreciate how Zapiet customer service reps teach me how to do things myself and also offer to do things for me that I might feel uncomfortable with (like coding). Thank you to the whole Zapiet Staff! My favorite Shopify app by far!

So far so good. I was having the hardest time with customers ordering who wasn't in my delivery area. I saw this app and decided to give it a try. not only did it work perfectly customer service went above and beyond to help me implement it and workout all the kinks i am so excited now

We've been using this app for about half a year now. There are still some limitations to the app (as with all apps) but overall, it has been very useful for our business and it's great that the team behind the app is working hard to roll out updates — we really hope they can figure out a way to include the delivery/pickup date on the Shopify packing slips and also allow us to choose a longer pickup/delivery window (currently it only allows a slot frequency of up to every 60 minutes). A special thank you to Ismail Raji (Senior Merchant Support), who has been very helpful and fast in helping us sort out some issues.
