I love this app. Without this app, I would not be able to sell my products. Easy to use and service is AMAZING! Been using their services for 2 years now and I cannot complain :)

Cette application est vraiment géniale et répond parfaitement à mes besoins. Ça vaut bien plus le coup, plutôt que d'upgrade son abonnement Shopify. en plus le SAV est hyper réactif, mention spéciale à Jessica qui m'a dépannée super rapidement ! Je recommande vivement :-)

I have used this app for a few years and it is great, but the best part is the customer service, they are fantastic and nothing is to hard! Each time I need assistance with changes or small issues they are fixed super quickly and they couldnt be nicer to deal with!

We have very particular delivery setting; we offer next-day delivery Tuesday - Friday nationwide and Monday - Friday in Central Dublin only, and four different locations to collect from Monday - Friday nationwide. We also needed to restrict products to certain locations. This app has allowed us to do all of this and I had a great experience with the support team - extremely helpful setup call at no added cost where they went through everything with me - and with a recent support query they were able to immediately provide me with the solution I need to add the delivery/collection date and order notes to the New Order Template email. Can't recommend them enough!

Was helped by Chloe today, and so impressed with the fast response and amazing help she provided! We were having issues setting up the widget with our theme (we have Expanse) she spent over 2 hours with us adjusting the code that its now working for our needs. I loved the support Klaudia gave me to customize the widget to my need. Tried 10 different apps for local pick up and this is definitely the only one that looks great and is also bilingual.

The Zapiet team is absolutely amazing. Today I added a new Pick up location to my online store and was having trouble with it actually showing up. I worked with Jessica with online support, and she immediately fixed the bug and restored the online shop to show the new location at Check Out. The team has always been super quick to respond and extremely helpful. They are also great at following up for bigger issues and offering other solutions. Love this app!
