Ran into some issues when first installing and setting up this up (likely caused by us not the software), but between their AI Chat and quick live merchant support specialist, Jayne, we were back up and running quickly. Although could use some improvements with bulk edits and changes, Zapeit P&D has a ton of features and excited to get setup completed and start using it on our new site.

I cannot find enough words, Angelo from Zapiet spent almost 3, 4 hours with me on the chat trying to help me out configure some complicated issues for my business needs. Zapiet has had great customer service so far, and has been able to quickly customize text here and there and make sure the app is functioning correctly. Easy to set up and happy so far - no more deliveries outside our delivery radius!
