The Zapiet app is excellent — very user-friendly and powerful. While there are still a few small issues that can be improved, today I faced some technical challenges and the support I received was outstanding. I had the pleasure of being helped by Sandy, who was incredibly kind, proactive, and genuinely attentive. She went above and beyond to walk me through each point, and thanks to her, I feel much more confident in using the app.

Zapiet is a great app, their support is phenomenal, especially Billy. We have very weird and strict shipping rules along with our in-house local delivery model and Zapiet have done everything required to the best of their abilities to make our unique specifications work the way we want.
