The Best App support team! We recently moved to a new Shopify Theme and needed to adjust Pickup settings. Jessica from the Zapiet support team made this process a breeze and went the extra mile to help us ensure everything works! We've been using Zapiet app for about a year now and are very happy with our experience!

Stephane was extremely helpful when I got stuck during setup and got everything working smoothly in short order. This alone speaks volumes about the product and I'd recommend them from my experience with customer support alone before even having a lot of experience using the app!

I have used several shipping apps now and have been using Zapiet for about 6 months and I love it. It is super easy to set up and use and I recently added another custom options app to my website which was interfering with the shipping functionality. Stephane from Zapiet jumped in there straight away and was able to assist in solving the issue in a matter of minutes. Super happy with the support received and definitely recommend this app to anyone who is looking to add some great shipping options to their website!

Unfortunately, despite their best attempts, the customer service at Zapiet is to be desired. Bugs have kept arising over several years since we have used them, and the support has consistently fallen short. They keep asking for access, keep suggesting fixes, when the issue is Zapiet side. Reading other reviews, it seems consistent.
Update 4 Aug 2025: Hi Boris, Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that your experience hasn’t met expectations. While we acknowledge there was one tagging error on our end, the other issues you raised were caused by a separate app removing required attributes. Unfortunately, we were often limited in our ability to help due to lack of access and delayed or partial information. Despite these challenges, we did our best to investigate each case and support you throughout. We're still here if you'd like to revisit any of the issues together.
