The app is so easy to use. Better yet, I had an issue, and that is mainly because my offerings are unique; I reached out for support, and Leo was phenomenal with his support. He was very thorough, understanding, and patient and could fix all of my issues fairly fast.

Above and beyond customer service and support from the team, especially Clemency and Lui, who solved issues for me by investigating with exceptional attention to detail, ensuring that all bases were covered and doing everything that they could to provide the most complete solution possible. The team continuously and thoroughly work at solving issues for us, which has been a great help!

I have had a few questions on how to use the app or where to find specific information on what would help my application best and I have always had a quick response and answers to my questions. I recently had an online meeting with Jeanette, and she was very nice, pleasant, helpful and explained everything to me including the fact that all of the information that we just discussed would be emailed to me. That was great so that I can review the information anytime later and didn't have to remember it. I love Zapiet - Pickup + Delivery and have been using for 7+ years. It works great for our online store and haven't found anything better for our needs. I would definitely recommend trying this app! Thanks to everyone at Zapiet and keep up the good work!

Kristine was really helpful in helping me setting up the parameters for my website. The shopify expert I hired was everything but an expert and without Zapiet, i could not have launch it

Works great, support is hit and miss but the last tech that helped me was able to ID the problem and I got it fixed easily. Works way better than native shopify delivery, would recommend to anyone.
