Pickup and delivery works very well in both online store and Shopify POS. The Zapiet schedule tile in POS works great. It's a bit unclear where Shopify POS leaves off and Zapiet Pickup + Delivery takes over. Customer support was able to research both and help me navigate the process for both. I look forward to using these 2 together in the future

Too many Bugs. Most recently, the delivery date that the customer placed an order for was incorrect in the system, causing us to miss orders, and their response was "we are working on it, there is no ETA". It was quite smooth earlier, but have been facing too many issues recently.

Unfortunately, Shopify has been taking longer than expected to address the problem, and there’s no clear timeline for a fix. Great app, great fast and kind support. Works as expected and is worth the money! The only thing to keep in mind is that the standard abandoned cart emails from Shopify won't work with the app because they bypass the date selection. With a modification, you could direct your customers to the cart instead of the checkout. This would work, but from a conversion perspective, leading them to checkout would be more effective. Additionally, if a customer opens the link in your email on a different device, they won't see any products in their cart because Shopify stores the cart locally in a cookie.

Support is great. This gives our customers the option to pickup or have their order shipped. Makes our handling of orders easier!

We were very happy with the installation of Zapiet within our store. It helped us establish a new pickup option. However, an issue arose stemming from the app that harmed the checkout experience. Their support team kicked in, and Sandy did an excellent job not only mending the situation, but enhancing the checkout experience along the way. I would recommend this app for those looking to instal a new pickup + delivery solution that has very streamlined support.
