The customer service is excellent, we got the instant respond from customer services Sandy, helping us to quick fix the bugs quickly. The app itself is powerful, especially if you want to enable delivery and pickup for your customers.

Even though my issue turned out to be a problem with Shopify, Manuel walked me through the issue, how to fix it in the future, and fixed it himself. And we were able to get the problem fixed within an hour of first reaching out.

Timely responses, good support. We do a lot of business through local delivery routes, and unfortunately Shopify doesn't have great native functionality for this, but the Zapiet app makes this easier and more intuitive for our customers.
