Whenever we encounter even the smallest issue or have a new request, they’re always responsive and ensure we get the best solution possible. Betty went above and beyond!! Best customer service I have experienced in a long time. I only just downloaded Zapiet and needed some help with set up and Betty did this for me plus lots of extra additions that she thought may be helpful. Amaaazing!! 10/10.

Can't say enough about how good the Zapiet support has been. I have used the Pickup + Delivery app for a number of years for a seasonal business and the Zapiet Team has been excellent ensuring that setup and implementation have been successful each year. I strongly recommend this service.

Jennifer not only helped with all the issues we had, she was very detailed in her explanation, provided screenshots and instructions along the way, and even made some suggestions that made our customer experience better.
