This app and the tech support are life savers for any business with delivery dates! Love love love. We used to be with a different app for 5 years but were not happy with a few things, switched to Zapiet and fell in love. So much in terms of functional things and possibilities - this app literally runs our business and open doors to the new sales opportunities. Sebastian and Gabriel are TECH GODS and save the day for us on a regular basis. Thank you so so much!!!!

Actually had my issue resolved within a couple of hours, rather than being palmed off back to Shopify or another app (which is what I've come to expect from most support services).

Jeanette was very helpful in troubleshooting my issue. Zapiet is now installed and is the solution to my issue around being able to offer Pickup only for specific products offered through my Shopify store.

Best apps for the schedule calendar and deliveries. It has many options and not many limitations. The support staff is also super friendly and responds quick.

Straightforward to use and their helpdesk is always quick to help! Some functionalities could be perfected (like setting restrictions based on Collections, not every single product separately), but overall a good app, works well with Intuitive Shipping for calculating our delivery rates, as well as setting up some special delivery rates (festive etc.) :)
