We have been using this app for years and love it. The features are great. Really expands upon Shopify's rather lackluster in-store pick-up options out-of-box. We are currently upgrading to a Shopify Online Store 2.0 theme and had an issue with the widget not showing up on the cart page. I contacted support and Diego was extremely helpful. He had the issue fixed in just a few minutes. Thanks Zapiet team for the continued support!

Just experienced a wonderful level of service, which can only describe as astonishing. After making a terrible error in removing the app in question. I was fortunate enough to stumble onto Betty. Her thoroughness, patience and attention to detail to ensure that I, a complete novice to both Zaplet and Shopify, was 2nd to none. She managed to reinstate my settings and also tweak my configuration to meet my requirements. She was an absolute life saver, as my foolishness around removing the app, rendered my Shopify platform inoperable. A valuable asset she is, to both Zaplet and Shopify. Thank you Betty.

We used to have a calendar app that wasn't connected to Shopify's checkout. So customers had to choose the delivery method twice, at the cart page and at the checkout. This was very confusing and customers would often choose one method at the cart and a different one at checkout. With Zapiet this doesn't happen, when customers select one delivery method, it carries to the checkout. The support I received was amazing, everyone was very helpful and I managed to install it without having to pay someone to do it. It's easy to set up and use. Special thanks to Klaudia!

Highly recommend - I was having difficulty setting up my complex delivery configuration for my online store and Zapiet solved all my problems. The dev and support team at Zapiet are extremely helpful and responsive, they guided me through the process with patience and clarity.

Amazing support, had a complicated issue that took a lot of digging to resolve. At first I thought I'd have to work with the issue being present but Diego from Zapiet gave me an awesome service and found a solution. Exceeded my expectations. Would 100% recommend!

Support is really good actually. Angelo helped me figure out some configuration issues to only include select products for instore pickup. We sell super heavy items like Pottery Kilns and always ship freight, this helped us remove those from instore pickup. This app is the best, so much better than the native basic instore pickup feature in Shopify. You have way more control over things and the support from Zapiet was killer. They helped me get it dialed in fast and even fixed a few things to improve the customer experience that they noticed like instead of "shipping" it said "instore pickup" etc. That stuff was broken from another app I installed and they not only noticed it but updated it for us. Good peeps, great app.
