This app allows for lots of different pickup/delivery options which is wonderful, but the best part about it is the support team. They are always available, and I always get to talk to a real person who can a) walk me through what needs to be done b)do it for me, if needed, and c) tell me the ins and outs of the app - like how to get things set up. SO helpful!

This is the best app if you're looking for an app with store pickup, delivery, and shipping at the same time. For me, the best part of this app is that I get to choose which date I could block and unblock every store location. i also can add special holiday hours. Also, I could block the specific product to the specific location, delivery date, or shipping date. IT'S THE BEST APP!!!!!! AND, AND, AND I LOOOOVE THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE! They really help in all your needs I mean ALL!!! Sometimes I needed help that is not even covered on their app but still helping us. This app is worth every penny! Makes your business run easily! Thank you again.

I am still astounded by the fact that shopify doesn't support such useful functionality themselves, but use this app to allow customers to pick a date for pickup/local delivery/shipping, and then see orders to fulfill by date in their dashboard. It seems like they have thought of everything in terms of a smooth workflow predicting what a user needs , and even when i opened up an enhancement request, they actually implemented it! Most importantly, their support is absolutely amazing. I always get fast and friendly responses (even when it appears they are offline), and quick resolutions- I wish shopify's own support was as good as this. Keep doing what you are doing!

I was stressing out as it was Saturday night 7pm and we had just popped out a newsletter! Flora assisted with quickly fixing some urgent issues with products not showing I had via the chat feature! This app, combined with Delivery Rates by Zip, was exactly what I needed for my small farm and nursery business. We only offer local pickup and local delivery and until I discovered these apps I thought it would be impossible for customers to check out correctly. I ran into some technical issues that were confusing for me but customer support, Stephane and Lisa, resolved my issues quickly and efficiently Update 4/19- Stephane once again helped me through a problem that I had created myself and could not wrap my head around!!

Shopify you can setup real quick and with the Zapiet extension it becomes a great tool for managing your sales. Good app, great support!

I think the reviews of this app are pretty harsh. I've tried many different Pickup/Local delivery apps and this one has by far the most options. It is expensive but you get what you pay for. Support have responded quickly and tried to help as much as possible. So far, very happy.

Zapiet's customer support is GREAT. Some of the best support I've had running e-commerce sites. Not only did they answer my questions, but they also suggested and helped me make improvements that I didn't even realize were problems. I am very pleased with my experience and highly recommend them to the Shopify Community.

This app is fantastic at providing features not available with native Shopify. If you're looking to manage local deliveries vs domestic shipping where specific products can only be delivered locally and not shipped, but some products can be shipped then this app is for you! The customer service is just fantastic, Marija particularly helped me with kind and patient instructions when I got stuck with something. It may seem pricey, but it's worth it!

Very useful for its calendar. You can choose order preparation time and be sure your clients get their orders just the right time. Works well! Also goes well with Zapiet Delivery Rates
