Jelizaveta, was absolutely amazing!. She went above and beyond with the support she provided! Not only did she figure out that the issues I was having weren't related to the Zapiet App but also she help me install it in another Theme in minutes. Plus she was also able to provide additional solutions to other unrelated issues. Very knowledgeable and professional with a "Yes, Can Do" attittude. She had two Zapiet Apps working smoothly in another Theme and did all this in minutes! Unlike my Theme Developer who is yet to reply. Excellent Service!. THANK YOU

Getting some of this setup was a little tricky, but support was A++. This is a fantastic local delivery integration. Stephanie is a real expert on all the settings.

Horrible company and customer service had no knowledge of app being install to our site found out after 10 days later, with not access or me providing additional information for app to function. Contacted customer support and let them know we had no knowledge of app being installed and removed it with no use after discovering app was installed to our account and still was charged. very unprofessional and scam
Hi Guys, Thank you for taking your time to leave a review on the app store. Our refund policy regarding app charges aligns with that of Shopify, that being that app charges are non-refundable. However, we understand that each situation is different, and we are always willing to go the extra mile to support our merchants. Unfortunately, in this case, you had the app installed back in January and only uninstalled in June, so using the app for over 6 months. Needed help getting the discount codes for pickup/delivery working. Clemency provided excellent customer service and was able to fix the issues we were having. Very happy with this app!

Their customer service is 10/10! Had an issue setting up shipping and delivery profiles, and Jessica was more than helpful in resolving my issue and fixing a few other things.

Outstanding technical support I received from Raji. I recently had an issue with my Zapiet account, and Raji was able to quickly and effectively resolve the issue. Raji was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. They took the time to understand my issue and then worked with my template specifically to find a solution. I am so incredibly impressed with the effort level and technical abilities of Raji. They went above and beyond to help me, and I am so grateful for their assistance. As a result of Raji's help, I will be a Zapiet customer and advocate for life. Zapiet Pickup and Delivery is a great app, the support is amazing, Zack starts you off with easy to follow checks and then if needed you get connect to a great support team, today Jessica not only helped with the problem but made a great recommendation to enhance the layout too. 5 Stars well earned.

App is easy to use with lots of customisable options. Support team are absolutely brilliant! Excellent response time. I was recently assisted by Betty and they were so helpful. Betty didn't simply make the necessary changes but also explained every step of the way what was being done.
