So far, so good! We're a florist and gift store, with a need for date and time selection for fresh flowers, yet at the same time we sell non floral goods country wide. Shopify can't support this, and with the help of the awesome Jelizaveta, she was able to quickly sort out the issues I was having (of my own making), and recommend some other things to sort out to make the customer experience seamless and have the store work perfectly. It finally feels like the store is properly working and nearly ready to launch. Thanks so much Jelizaveta!

The App has a few glitches. Most of the time it works well. Best delivery app for Shopify. The support is 10/10. Best app support! They respond straight away and they fix things straight away.

I had an issue that was preventing key customers from being able to place orders. Rather than just providing blanket responses and trying to send me off to fix the issue on my own, Leo took the time to look into my settings and help make the corrections needed to get my cart back up and running. I really appreciated him being so patient and helpful.

This was the worst app experience I've ever had. I asked the support team about if the app will accommodate my issue before completing installation. My issue was related to multiple shopify locations. I wanted to allow customers to purchase online and pick up at whichever location they preferred regardless of where the inventory was located and to eliminate the double charge for shipping from multiple locations. I was mislead to think it would solve my issue and then told to switch to an annual plan with shopify. I did and spent over a week working with support to get things to work as they should. When it kept having issues, I asked support again for help and was finally told that it was a shopify issue and that the app cannot override their functions. Why mislead me to switch to an annual subscription, install the app, set up all the settings and spend an entire week with support to fix an issue that was never going to be fixed in the first place? I've never written a review but this was infuriating. Do not download this app if you are trying to solve the same issues as me. Worst experience ever.

Extremely helpful team and a great app! They work with you every step of the way to make sure their app integrates as smoothly as possible into your workflow. We had some bumps in the road due to other apps, but Stephane was a huge help in getting all the kinks worked out and we were able to roll out local delivery for our shops! I never hesitate to reach out with a problem, and they are always happy to help, and always in a timely manner! It seems like they have helpful staff in every time zone because I have always been able to set up a zoom call or chat at my convenience. The initial setup can be intimidating, but they will do as much as they possibly can to make it accessible and convenient.

Overall I think it's a great app and support team are fantastic and responsive. I had Shipday integration issues and the team really went out of their way to get it working. Really appreciate their support. Highly recommend Zapiet.

A difficult company to work with and not very accommodating when it comes to issues with the app not being used.
Hi Mike, Thank you for taking your time to leave a review on the app store. Our refund policy regarding app charges aligns with that of Shopify, that being that app charges are non refundable. However, we understand that each situation is different and we are always willing to go the extra mile to support our merchants. Unfortunately in this case you had the app installed many months past your use date that seen us unable to issue a refund or a credit. Really great app for my business needs. I was stuck trying to correctly configure my shipping rates and needed to ask for assistance from the team.
