I would definitely recommend reaching out to the Zapiet team for any setup support. My point of contact, Charlie, has been super helpful and has answered all my queries. Response time has been speedy making the app installation nice and smooth.

This app has gotten better and better, and support has really been amazing. We had some issues starting out, but now I can't imagine what we'd do without this app!

Great service. Great support. I strongly recommend this add-on to all stores offering local delivery and pickup : much more customization than Shopify basics features for those services

World class support From Zapiet - Thank you! The assistance we received from the Zapiet support team, in particular Ismail and Jayne, was absolutely incredible. We achieved exactly what we set out to do with our shop and created the necessary checkout options for our end-Customers. If we faced any hiccups in doing it ourselves, the team was there to assist with a professional set up. Would recommend this suite of apps to anyone looking for flexibility in Pickup and Delivery. Excellent customer support and great app functionality. it is easy to set up and integrate. with other apps and gives you better control over the deliveries and functionalities.

After a few snafus with their contact form and calendar, I was able to get in touch with this company and they were very helpful. Sebastian walked me through setting up everything my company needed and was very patient. Thank you Sebastian!

We've been using this app for a couple of years now, we have a few different aspects to our business & store pick up & delivery has enabled us to segment them into different delivery or pick up options, it's like it was made for us! I find it really easy to use, blocking out dates, choosing specific delivery & pick up windows, etc. Support have been great, they recently did fancy things to our code which will help our business expand into areas we'd been wanting to for ages. Thanks team!

Great and fast support. I absolutely recommend this product. I have a flower shop and this app offers all delivery, pick up and shipping at the same time. it is compatible with a few other apps to determine the delivery by distance and etc.....

The service from this App provider is much better than other Apps. A welcome phone call and continued, helpful support makes such a difference.

It was quite confusing with the various features that this application offers, but after the 1 hour consultation session, it helped me to clear up the problems I faced, and helped me to understand on how to use the application better. Bogi, my professional consultant assigned to me, was very friendly and helpful, and gave advice and alternatives to problems that Zapiet couldn't implement. Overall, I would recommend this application to anyone who wants a more streamlined approach with rich features!

Really great support from the Zapiet team, I would 100% recommend this app. It's a little tricky to set up but the support team is very helpful and has wonderful guidance for all of your questions.

I used this app to allow my client, a florist to have a click and collect option on their store as well as manage delivery rates by post code. Bogi was an enormous help to helping me solve my issues and was very efficient in doing this.

Our team definitely recommends this app. We weren't expecting that it would be powerful enough to include smart rules for order notifications (in our case, we needed specific e-mail addresses to be alerted about new orders depending on which pickup location was chosen during Checkout), but it did just that, saving us the time and hassle of sourcing another app to handle order notifications. We also weren't expecting the ability to set prep time rules for individual products, so that was great. (A quick note to other Shopify merchants thinking about using this app — the prep time rules ONLY work on the product level, and NOT the product variant level. So if you have two different prep times depending on which variant of a product is being purchased, you'll need to split those products apart.) Special shoutout to Sebastian, who was extremely generous and helpful with the numerous questions I was asking during my initial exploration of the app. He even helped troubleshoot some things completely unrelated to the app, so he definitely went above and beyond!
