Zapiet ‑ Pickup + Delivery

The App has helped us launch Curbside & Delivery services on the fly during the pandemic. We started using the app in April 2020. We've run into lots of issues with it, particularly for customers at checkout, and it has taken a lot of work to repair. Since Zapiet doubled their support staff in May, they have been very responsive to our issues and have helped us resolve nearly all issues. Staff are always friendly and eager to help via email. We are hopeful things are close to running much more smoothly to make these services more manageable for us. Thanks Zapiet team.

I used this app to organize my store's checkout process. Since we are a flower shop that delivers locally and also ships nationwide and offers store pickup, the delivery options can get complicated alone, but especially because our products are normally for specific dates. This app works great once you get the hang of it, but the real 5 stars lies in the team that has responded to my (many many) questions and doubts in an extremely kind, efficient and helpful way. Thank you again for your help!

We needed to fix the way we were doing pickups. Zapiet helped us seamlessly set up our pickups and created such a great experience for our customers. The rep was so quick to reply and help and got everything set up so fast. Would absolutely recommend!

This has been a total lifesaver for our store. Since installing the team in support have answered any question raised. The system works great, and with a successful busy checkout, it keeps up with the volume of sale. Shopify had an issue and Support at Zapiet sorted the issue by their online chat - OUTSTANDING SERVICE !!!!!! Hats off to the team your amazing - keep developing it as much as possible - HIGHLY recommend.

I used this app for Local Delivery, It had almost all the features that I needed except one small feature to select a region from a dropdown list instead of typing the exact postal code or city name etc. Other than that, the App is simply great and saves you a lot of time. Support is very nice, Pamela Toni was great to answer all my queries and provided me much needed assistance. She made me love this app. :)

I reached out for help regarding some confusions I was having setting up my local delivery and pickup rates. Aaron League helped me to solve my issues. He provided in depth explanations as to why I was having issues and how to fix them and was prompt in his responses. I had been attempting to resolve these issues on my own for over a week and within 24 hours he had fixed the for me including coding in my own theme, shipping rates, and fixing issues on my products. I am sure he went above and beyond his job to help me with my store and I am truly thankful. Thank you so much, I couldn't recommend this app more.

Zapiet’s Store Pickup + Delivery app has allowed us to offer a much wider array of products and services to our customers. Having the app running on our website when the pandemic hit saved our business. With only a couple quick configuration changes, we were able to seamlessly transition to curbside pickup & expanded local delivery - successfully moving the bulk of our business from our retail storefront to the website, overnight. Zapiet’s tutorials & help center are great for setup and troubleshooting, but in addition to these comprehensive resources is an excellent support team. They are quick to respond, incredibly knowledgeable, and happy to help. I’ve had the pleasure of receiving assistance from Sebastian on their support team on multiple occasions. He stands as an example of the best in customer service out there. He has not failed in solving each of my issues quickly and completely, even going above and beyond to assist with customizations for our particular business’ needs. While I think the app is an essential expansion of Shopify’s offerings for any business, my support experience alone would have me recommending the app. This is a development team keenly focused on their users’ satisfaction and success.

Excellent app! Transformed how we do business! This app has allowed us to give our customers the option for delivery or store pickup with great user experience. We can control the delivery and pickup slots and it's great to be able to view all orders for each slot in the admin. It does require being quite tech savvy to get set up but customer service have been brilliant with any questions or problems I've had with set up. Thank you! Keep up the great work.

Was using this app to restriction certain products from being shipped but I had trouble setting a few things up. Customer service is very helpful and they actually care about your online shop. Set up is easy after you get used to it, highly recommend.

Brilliant app. Does exactly what it says. Customer support has been excellent. I had added another app which caused some minor problems at checkout and Charlie et al found the problem, told me what I had to do and even checked to make sure all code was gone from the previous app. Brilliant.
