Lisa from Zapiet Support was amazing to deal with! She helped me with a few issues I had with setting up the app in my theme and also suggested some great ideas to help make the online store customer experience better!

Initially had many issues integrating the app as I was using a custom theme, but the Support Team was extremely helpful and patient in addressing all my queries. A great app and a superb support team :)

Customer service has been very quick and efficient. Thank you. The app is helping us with customizations that we couldn't do w shopify alone, although i wish it were allowed to operate more fully (control over shipping address fields, etc) and not be forced to fit inside shopify restraints.

We used this app to help clarify our in-store and shipping options. It has made our checkout much clearer and we are able to easily differentiate items we do not ship. The customer service staff goes above and beyond to help as you tailor this app to your store and coordinate it with Shopify (Thank you Jessica!). Thank you Zapiet! Update - New year, same excellent service. Working in a small business, you wear many hats. Thankfully, programmer doesn't need to be one of them. The customer service is excellent. Awesome app that satisfies almost all my needs! They are frequently updating the app, so I hope they can broaden the features even more in the future. One downside is that the FAQ site does not cover much, but the people at Zapiet are very fast to respond when I need help!

Well I have to say that Zapiet has the best support team I have ever experienced! Stephane Fattizzo has done more than just help me out he has went above and beyond for our business and I've dealt with many apps, this is impeccable! My store does use a lot of different shipping profiles! and Zapiet works with Intuitive shipping to give you the freedom you need for whatever your shipping scenarios may be! Look no further when thinking of an app to make your store a pick up & delivery store this is the one you are looking for! thank you so much to the team at Zapiet!

If you're not using Store Pickup + Delivery for your local delivery management, then you're leaving money on the table. Incredibly useful options, support that gets back to you in MINUTES through chat. 0% regret.

This app is pretty confusing, especially when paired with the general confusion of Shopify itself, but the customer service is really wonderful. I talked with Lisa for over an hour on the chat function and she was wonderful and so helpful.

The service we received from the Zapiet Store Pick up + Delivery team was excellent (Pavlo) We wanted to hide pick up times during Christmas Week: its complicated because we extend pickup hours in one location and reduce hours in our other location. Highly recommend this app. As a florist, this app makes it so easy to manage local pickup and delivery and the support has been so prompt and helpful--truly above and beyond.
