One of the most useful and amazing app out there! It's enabling our small business to have all the different ways of selling (via shipping, delivery and pickup), without any of the traditional headaches :) And I would like to applause their Support! top notch! always to efficient, nice and empathetic. I highly recommend Zapiet!

This app has been a game changer for organising deliveries and in-store pick ups, especially when my business was closed during lockdown. The support has been exceptional when needed.

Took a while to get it up and running but Jessica is the bomb. She made it happen for us.. You can customize it pretty slick. And for that reason, we love it.

A must have. This is one of the most professional app we found and use. For us it combined three main features by offering the option of pickup & delivery (as well as shipping) + date and time picker + rates by post code / zip code. Basically does the job of three different apps, but better. The interface is excellent, as well as the customer experience it provides. A logistical solution that we now swear by. On top of that, their customer service is absolutely fantastic! It comes with a free setup call and we had the pleasure to be helped by Marija who was extremely helpful by listening and understanding our needs. She set up the app for us in order for it to perform at its best for the logistical system of our business.

Really helpful support and the app does everything it's supposed to, and has even more functionality that has been a huge help that we weren't expecting. Highly recommend!

I absolutely loved speaking to Maria! She was kind, and helped me through all of my questions promptly. Honestly if I knew her face to face we would definitely grab a coffee together LOL! Seriously , I don't know why I didn't bring up my questions to her sooner , My website is working like a charm now. Thanks again!

This app does everything I need it to do - and I have a bit of a different business model. I spent quite a bit of time with customer service and they were so helpful! They helped me until we got everything as I needed it. I'm very grateful!

We use the app to do our delivery and click and collect and it works great. Great service from the support team. Highly recommend.

Does what it says with options for pretty much everything I wanted to do. I needed some help configuring the app properly and Zapiet's support was responsive and super helpful, getting my setup resolved in just an afternoon. Highly recommended.

It works, but there are some things that I wish were different! But overall, it is the only thing I've found to actually help with only allowing some products to ship (perishables, bulk products, etc!) The team is pretty fast at responding, and they know what they're doing, although again this is limited because it doesn't really seem like shopify and zapiet work super well together!) :)

I've been looking for an app like this for years and I'm so happy to be adding it to my store. It literally does EVERYTHING you need. And the support staff is so awesome and gets right back to you. Jessica in particular worked with me on a tricky issue with my site that I couldn't understand. She was super nice, patient and in time, helped me fix and figure out the problem. I know it's a bit pricier than other date picker apps, but honestly, it's really worth it. A huge time and labor saver.
