Zapiet ‑ Pickup + Delivery

I used this app to help me solve a problem with our Website and Jessica who was helping me, saved my day! Thank you very much, for all the support!

Still learning some of the features but so far it helps sort and coordinate orders and deliveries much better than Shopify. Hopefully in the future they will add a date-style that includes the name of the associated weekday, as shown with the order itself, but not on the packing slips or csvs. Jessica was super helpful and patient in working out a lot of the kinks, which is great, because I'll probably be talking to her again as we learn how best to optimize the app.

I WOULD GIVE 1000 STARS, THE HELP WAS ABOVE AND BEYOND. REALLY WENT THE EXTRA MILE TO HELP ME. SO IMPRESSED WITH SERVICE.

Had a few problems with the set up but the Jessica and the team were amazing, would definitely recommend

The app is not only insanely good, work-efficient, economical and absolutely perfect, but a certain thing is simply incredible at Store PickUP + Delivery. The support. No matter what kind of question you have. You will be helped. Nobody just leaves you standing. The supporters are trying hard to help you. I had a supporter with whom I talked quite often because I couldn't cope with the app and all the settings at first. Clemency is her name. I have never seen such a supporter in my life. For some, this sounds exaggerated now, but it has helped me so much. I was able to create such a much better shop through her. Thanks again to Clemency and the whole team. This app is fantastic.

Great support. Being using it for years and is a perfect match for our needs. Highly recommended. Latest fix (thanks Jelizaveta!) down to user error, as is so often the case. And today (Sept 2024) a follow-up few words of further praise (thanks Jeanette!). Brilliant help solving a Shopify update which impacted us. Rapid response and great job. No effort spared to even improve our site, over and above the pre-update functionality. Couldn't recommend more.

We are currently testing the APP and we've had some hiccups but Zapiet support has been responsive and insightful.

Rutvik was attentive and also helped me out with my issues. He also took time to explain why it was like that. He re-synced the system and assured me that It will happen again. It is easy to talk to him. Would definitely be happy if he could be there to solve my future problems as well.

This app has solved a real issue I was having with my stores checkout process. Even once I downloaded it and set everything up, I have asked them for further help with tweaking etc and the team have been extremely responsive and dealt with all my needs. Highly recommend!

We’ve had this app connected for over 5 years. It’s been rock solid. We rarely need support because it works so well, but when we do, the help is excellent. I was glad to get support from Betty & Clemency on live chat, quick, smart, and really know the app. I'm in Asia, so I really appreciate the responsive support in my timezone. Shopify should seriously consider giving this app some recognition. It’s one of the best we’ve used.

The app itself is great and does all I need it to - the product specific cut offs and the ability to add more locations make it second to none. Everyone in the support team I've interacted with has been great, and this time specifically Jessica quickly resolved an issue for me when migrating to a new theme within a matter of minutes
