Zapiet ‑ Pickup + Delivery

We use the app for instore pickup and the support when running into minor issues is second to none! Everyone is very helpful and they have a quick response!

Web support is really incredible. They're helpful, quick and informative.

This app along with the Zapiet app for delivery by Zip code has added much needed functionality to my store. I've been using it for many years. I often need help to get all the settings correct and today Gab sent me instructions on how to set it up. Also, Support is always very responsive when I do have an issue.

I love this app. Without this app, I would not be able to sell my products. Easy to use and service is AMAZING! Been using their services for 2 years now and I cannot complain :)

I have used this app for a few years and it is great, but the best part is the customer service, they are fantastic and nothing is to hard! Each time I need assistance with changes or small issues they are fixed super quickly and they couldnt be nicer to deal with!

We have very particular delivery setting; we offer next-day delivery Tuesday - Friday nationwide and Monday - Friday in Central Dublin only, and four different locations to collect from Monday - Friday nationwide. We also needed to restrict products to certain locations. This app has allowed us to do all of this and I had a great experience with the support team - extremely helpful setup call at no added cost where they went through everything with me - and with a recent support query they were able to immediately provide me with the solution I need to add the delivery/collection date and order notes to the New Order Template email. Can't recommend them enough!

A very helpful app that enables our store to have some necessary functionalities which Shopify doesn't offer. The support team is also extremely helpful, we had a lot of questions at the beginning but all were solved :)

Support team is great however, we have been experiencing some issues related to updates by Shopify that have led to bugs and downtime. When it's working, it works great.
