I'm giving this team, and their product, five stars for going above and beyond to support our migration to a new 2.0 theme. When a significant issue was threatening to derail our migration, the team worked over the weekend to respond and code a solution. Hard to know how you could ask for anything more from a customer service level. Their service level is the best in this class of apps by far, and the functionality is as well. Kudos to the entire team for providing service excellence.

I use this app to allocate orders across locations based on customer postcode. The app itself works great but what I really like is that the support is second to none. Quick to respond, happy to go into the app and fix code where needed, and generally very positive and helpful no matter how basic my questions or obvious it is that I have done something incorrectly. If this app brings the functionality you need its worth a try.

Customer service has been very quick and efficient. Thank you. The app is helping us with customizations that we couldn't do w shopify alone, although i wish it were allowed to operate more fully (control over shipping address fields, etc) and not be forced to fit inside shopify restraints.

We used this app to help clarify our in-store and shipping options. It has made our checkout much clearer and we are able to easily differentiate items we do not ship. Awesome app that satisfies almost all my needs! They are frequently updating the app, so I hope they can broaden the features even more in the future. One downside is that the FAQ site does not cover much, but the people at Zapiet are very fast to respond when I need help!
