I've used this app since March, and despite initially offering really useful functionality, we have experienced blips along the way. Most were usually resolved fairly quickly by the support team. However, the past two weeks have been a complete disaster. Our entire store was down for four days last week, after Zapiet decided to try to complete an update which stopped everything from working. We are given no prior warning of disruption, and after slaving away to get our Christmas store functioning, were left with little more than a feeble apology and no time frame of when the issues would be resolved. Things seemed to have sorted themselves out over the weekend (save a few niggles) until this morning, I find once more the app does not seem to working again, and is completely preventing customers from checking out. Support team are slow to respond, I tried calling their "24 hour support" and received no answer. I'm absolutely furious. This app is genuinely costing us thousands of pounds worth of sales, and I fear we're rapidly loosing customers who can't be bothered with the constant 'technical hitches' when they try to place an order. I'm now forced into looking into competitors' apps and reconfiguring our entire store- at the worst time of year when we really cannot afford the time nor the disruption to our store. Disappointed, frustrated and so so angry.

I completely understand your frustration, over the last couple of weeks we made some huge improvements to our infrastructure in the lead up to Black Friday/Cyber Monday, these improvements unfortunately had some knock on effects which we have tried to resolve ASAP. We have now addressed these issues which should ensure that all our clients have a smooth holiday period without any further "glitches". I'm paying from 1 year 49 $ per month for this app, the app is very unstable and the customere care is very slowly ! From one month every day is a new problem, i opened many tickets and every answer it was an escalation with a "senior"...i'm so frustrated

Over the past couple of weeks we have made some major upgrades to our infrastructure which will bring bring a vastly improved experience for you and your customers in the long term. We had to do this update before Black Friday/Cyber Monday so everyone could have a less stressful holiday period. Unfortunately, the updates had a few knock on issues that we’ve tried to fix as fast possible. We are just in the process of ironing out the last of these issues. Our support team also experienced an extremely busy week last week which did result in our response times rising above the norm, we have now cleared the backlog of tickets and the response times are returning to normal. This app has proven to be a life and timesaver. It offer tremendous flex-ability and allows for setting up delivery times (or pickutimes) dates and prices as exactly as it needs to be. Customer service has been very helpfull and responsive. It offers very precise setup of schedules and possibilities, Highly recommend if you need more from your shipping app!

The Zapiet team have been wonderful helping me create what are quite business and product specific solutions for my floral design business. Ronan has been especially amazing.. give this man a raise! I appreciate knowing they are always there to help in a timely manner and continue to follow up until the matter is resolved. I would highly recommend, would have been lost without their help.

We began using this app to set up store pickups when we re-opened after the lockdown. We had fantastic help setting it up. Since setting up the app, we have adapted and made changes on a number of occasions. Each and every time I have reached out, I have received quick and helpful service. i feel like I have been helped by every member of the Zapiet team at this point and each one of them has been professional and my queries and issues always fixed really quickly. Great App & an even greater customer service team!

Jessica helped us to solve an issue with our website and even went as far as letting us know what the issue was when it was not an issue with Zapiet, but rather with Shopify. She was incredibly kind and quick to get back to us.

I would definitely recommend reaching out to the Zapiet team for any setup support. My point of contact, Charlie, has been super helpful and has answered all my queries. Response time has been speedy making the app installation nice and smooth.

This app has gotten better and better, and support has really been amazing (truly helpful and quick). We had some issues starting out, but now I can't imagine what we'd do without this app!

Great service. Great support. I strongly recommend this add-on to all stores offering local delivery and pickup : much more customization than Shopify basics features for those services

World class support From Zapiet - Thank you! The assistance we received from the Zapiet support team, in particular Ismail and Jayne, was absolutely incredible. We achieved exactly what we set out to do with our shop and created the necessary checkout options for our end-Customers. We've been using this app for a couple of years now, we have a few different aspects to our business & store pick up & delivery has enabled us to segment them into different delivery or pick up options, it's like it was made for us! I find it really easy to use, blocking out dates, choosing specific delivery & pick up windows, etc. Support have been great, they recently did fancy things to our code which will help our business expand into areas we'd been wanting to for ages. Thanks team!

Great and fast support. I absolutely recommend this product. I have a flower shop and this app offers all delivery, pick up and shipping at the same time. it is compatible with a few other apps to determine the delivery by distance and etc.....

The Zapiet team is really helpful. I wanted to popup a window box, they gave me a good solution to solve it. and the team always gave me quick responses when I have questions.
